5 Stages of the Awakening

One of the greatest challenges to becoming Totally Free is to be able to think independently from everyone else. You know instinctively that no one cares about you, as much as you care about yourself. Yet we constantly listen to others about what is best for us, instead of thinking about what is best for us. That is because we live in a world where everyone tells you what to think, but no one tells you how to think. We are blasted everyday with advertising, financial sales pitches, political media propaganda, religious dictates and more and more social pressure to conform. Most of our lives we don’t make any real decisions we kind of just fall into a routine. You see when you do not really think, you leave your mind open to those who do think. The real and most often unnoticed danger is a class of predators manipulating societies for their own selfish benefits. If you go along to get along and not think outside of the box, you risk being caught in the undertow of a doomed society or worse.

There is a lot of money and power derived off of having a “sucker born everyday.” Our Elite molds societies by educating the people just enough to run the machine, but never enough to ask if this is the best machine for us. Think about it, our controlled school systems teach sex, drugs and multiculturalism in third and fourth grades and not how to even balance a checkbook by high school. The Elite’s system wants utterly dependent people to control for power and profit. They do not want fully aware people, who can see through main stream media lies, Wall St Ponzi schemes, or Federal abuses. They certainly do not want people educating others to our common plight of illusion.

Your thoughts are not your own. I love asking thoroughly indoctrinated people, “do your ideas serve to free you or simply to make you serve?” I then following up with, “who put those ideas there?” I always get two answers back, the first is “uh….” with eyes rolling into their head. The second is the programmed ego self defense mechanism of “I did.” It is sad to see people lie in general, but to see people lie to themselves is absolutely heart breaking. If you ever wonder why most Americans are broke, depressed and lifeless, look no further than whose thoughts they are thinking. If they are listening to the Elite’s financial CONmen, they are constantly stripped of their wealth through a myriad of schemes. If they are listening to the Elite’s MSM, they are depressed because the national problems are too big and the experts say that there is no hope or worse they say hope is coming… someday. If they are listening to the Elite’s medical community, they are hooked on psychotropic drugs and will never get their fire back by tackling their life’s challenges.

The Elite give us the illusion of freedom but control all of the choices. The Elite give us the choice of 500 cable stations, yet the same message comes from all of the channels. They give us aisles and aisles of food, yet 90% of it is just corn and soy byproducts. They give us the choice of hundreds of political candidates, yet nothing changes because both sides are bought and paid for by the Elite. They give you the choice of investments of stocks, bonds, and real estate but when this all goes down, you will see that it is all apart of the same illusion of the dollar. This of course is controlled by the Elite. If you do not think independently for yourself, you cannot help but to be controlled, whether you know it or not.
Every aspect of your life is monitored, regulated, taxed and controlled, not for your betterment, but for betterment of others. To do most high paying jobs requires a certification or a license. Most “assets” you have or own out right are not your own. (Try not paying your property taxes on a home you own out right and I will show you the real owner is.) All of your communications are monitored and recorded. Now the Federal government wants these records to be kept indefinitely. Think you own your 401k? Try getting your money out. You want to do anything to your home? You better get permission from the homeowner association or the local zoning board. All of these examples, plus many, many more have nothing to do with making your life better. They exist to create power, profit and a parasitic life for another.

Now before you crawl into the fetal position and start sucking your thumb after realizing that you possibly are a slave, don’t worry. There is a way out. My Sons of Liberty Academy is based off of the simple principal of “When you are aware, you can prepare.” I believe that when you see the big picture and understand how you are manipulated, finding the best path for you becomes simple. You cannot become aware unless you rebel against everything that you are now. It starts with putting your foot down and saying, “no more!” You must commit to yourself that you will no longer play the fool for someone else. You will start by doing what is best for you and the ones you love. You will search for truth wherever it is and let that search be your guided light. That simple little rebellion of your mind is just the spark for a much greater fire of enlightenment. You will be reborn a man that is totally aware, completely free and fully alive.

I have identified 5 Stages of the Awakening Process that mirror Elizabeth Kubler Ross’s Five Steps of Grief . The reason why they mirror is because it is literally your old self dying. Your body will physically and mentally react as if there was a real death in your life. We identify ourselves by what we do, what we wear, and what we drive. When you are awake, all of that will matter no more. You will transcend the current consumer order and be fully prepared for the new paradigm. I feel it is incredibly helpful to understand this process to not only identify where you are, but where you should be going. I cannot stress to you how important and necessary this process is. If you do not start thinking for yourself, you will be without the skills necessary to survive in a post-dollar world.

1. Denial- In this stage you dismiss anything that goes counter to conventional wisdom as crazy talk or conspiracy theory. This is really a self defense mechanism the brain uses to protect the ego. No one likes to admit when they are wrong, much less admit when they have been fooled. So it is infinitely easier to deny a truth, rather than to embrace it. It is easier to mock, than to debate. It is easier to hide under the sheets and pretend that there is not a monster in the room. This is where most of our society is stuck right now. They believe that whatever the “authorities” tell them is the truth. They go along with the crowd in fear of being looked upon as strange or crazy.
In my experience, denial comes in two forms. The first is the most common and least dangerous form of denial. It is just not wanting to know the truth that might upset their happy little life. This innocent denial of the “ignorance is bliss” mentality, is held by so many Americans who think that things are going “swell” for them, so why ruin it with the truth. There was a woman who I was working with that shut down on me when confronted with the truth. She literally said to me, “I don’t want to know that 9/11 was an inside job because that reality is too scary for me.” Another person said, “that it would be like finding out his father was gay.” (“Not that there is anything wrong with that…” quoted from the very funny social engineer Jerry Seinfeld.) This form of denial is the easiest to overcome because when things go wrong in their perfect little world, they will have no more excuse not to look for the reason of why their world fell apart. There is no more bliss for them to remain ignorant. This economic depression and political failures of both Bush and Obama have already shook a great many out of this denial.

The second kind of denial is one that is much more pernicious. I view it as guilty denial. This is the denial of people who actually are benefiting off of the illusion of our paradigm. This comes from business owners, government employees or others whose livelihood is derived off of the current debt paradigm. These people actively fight the truth through disinformation or saying, “they can’t keep that a secret” or that is “just a crazy conspiracy.” They would rather create plausible deniability to distance themselves from the reality of their actions/inactions. Their aggressive defense of the illusion shows me that they know what they are doing is wrong. They are too afraid to live outside of this paradigm, so it is better to try to hold it together despite its human costs.

2. Anger- When you start to see that you were fooled, you react violently for being taken for a fool and want to lash out. The Freedom Movement has a lot of this in it currently with talk of “just shooting the bastards.” This action is ineffectual in bringing about positive change for the Freedom Movement. (Those that have proposed this violence to me, I am sure were working for the government trying to find some sucker to frame.) Anger is a very natural reaction and is one that you must go through rather than suppress. Finding out how the world really works is a kin to finding out your significant other has been cheating on you. You may have remained faithful to what this country was about while atrocities were committed behind your back. Anger is just covering up for the fact that you are really hurt for being taken advantage of. This stage is often the shortest, but is also the one where the most energy is expelled. In my anger stage, I redirected my anger to fuel an intense amount of research into making sure I was never fooled again. It eventually lead to the creation of the Sons of Liberty Academy.
3. Bargaining- After you calm down, you reach out to anyone who will listen to tell them what is really going on. This is the most annoying stage of the awakening process. (Remember you are reaching for people who are in stage 1 of Denial.) You ruin Christmas parties telling people about WTC7 or kids basketball games talking about the Federal Reserve. By reaching out and sharing, you are not really trying to awaken people, you are really looking for help. By reaching out, you are seeking guidance or structure in your search for truth. You know that there is something wrong. You know that you cannot go back to ignorance. Without clarity, you cannot go forward. This naturally leads to the next stage of depression.
4. Depression- Now that you have reached out to everyone and nothing seems to happen, depression sinks in. You start saying “it is too big” or “what could I do about it.” The worst kind of depression that permeates the Freedom Movement is the arrogant attitude of “I know it all” or “screw everyone, I don’t care.” This is the most painful stage and the hardest to get out of. Human happiness comes from progress and yet progress in this journey seems to suck you further into a hole. Unfortunately there is no way around this, yet it is necessary to go though it.

5. Acceptance- At the point where you now become comfortable with the oncoming reality and make active, positive steps to prepare for it. This process of making wise choices for yourself and not others, will yield massive positive personal results. These positive results will reinforce your actions and bring about more positive change in your life. People will start to notice the light in your eyes as confidence returns. They will now ask what happened to you and those that once did not want to hear the truth, will be ready to listen. This is ultimately where we need to get to both personally and as a movement.

I really feel that the reason I have been so successful at waking people up is that I do not try to scare and depress them. (Trust me, I can write doom and gloom with the best of them.) I do try to motivate, encourage and enlighten people in order to take that first step into their highest self. This journey is the most important one they will ever take and is your only hope to ever becoming what you were meant to be free and independent.

Fantastic Post!
My anger stage lasted for 5 years! Those were tough years. I couldn’t get over the apathy and denial among friends and family. When I finally realized my ego was an even bigger problem than the truth I wanted to share, I turned inward and learned meditation. I have learned to step outside myself and stop judging others. If I can do this, anyone can. Hope for the best, prepare for much less.

Bear you said it best, I went through the anger for years, then it got worse as I tried to force information upon and teach others, which created more rage at the “inability” read no desire to want to let go of the dream or slumber. Ive since surrounded myself with like minded people who share the awakening and seek that communal type piece and prosperity hopefully the gravity will attract more. Stay in the best fight of all, the fight against the conditioning in ourselves.
Hmm.. made me think, yep,,, so if I still, after 43 yrs of trying to educate others, if I STILL feel anger over this manipulation of the masses, and STILL try to fight ignorance… soo? what does this make of me? unenlightened? well.. ONE thing I can say for shure… this does not make me EGOist, Au Contraire, I will allways untill my last breath share all I know with even the most dumbest person I meet, and I’ll try, and try and try!!!
But if I surpass all these 5 levels and start to prepare, and feel free, and I do not feel angry anymore… huh? I dont get it.. nah. I’m in the denial Phase! yep!
good for you. It true courage to still do one of the most unpopular things there is. Tell the truth and be hated for it. COURAGE is hard my friends. Life is not stage. Its a journey.
thanks for a most uplifting verse. I’ve been tortured by anger and frustration for nearly 10 years, everyone I meet thinks I’m nuts. However I feel that I’m approaching the end of my egotistical malaise. I used to wish death upon all those that implemented this hell but that’s just playing their game. The inner journey is the hardest but most rewarding in my short experience. Stage 5 here we come

Wow, lots of wisdom here. I find that I flit backwards and forwards between some of these stages. I especially love what you say about anger. Feel it but don’t act on it.
No matter WHAT happens, we will all have the same ‘types’ to deal with: then, and there; no matter when then is, or where there is.
“I told you so”, really will not be much appreciated; there, and then.
Got skills? Bone up on them. You’ll need all of them, and the compassion, and unselfishness of a true ‘Sage’ to engage the time and place; where ever, and whenever that might be.
If you have recognized that ‘it all’ is no dress rehearsal, and have been tuned in and exercising your spiritual upside for a time; then you’ll be way ahead.
It’s gonna take love, guts, and much more to avoid being part of ‘the problem’, to avoid being one more ‘guilty snowflake’ in the avalanche.
I really mock at the ‘Guns, gold, and grub’, camp. Ten days in, and what; a well fed loner with blood on his hands. Then before it’s over, it all runs out, and so will they; of their mind.
Your gonna have to make the best of the worst of situations, not for yourself; but, for those others you find yourself with, as fate may dictate. It’s gonna be Karma on steroids! Don’t have ‘issues’ and ‘hangups’ when that happens.
As I see it, good people know what’s up. Their weakness is that they do not look after each other…like evil people do. They will fight to save the masses but they will not admit that the masses are evil, and narrow their concern to their own kind. They are ‘divided and ruled’. More focus is what’s needed.
I don’t know that another recipe is needed….though the literary effort is to be lauded. What is it that will work to conquer evil on this planet? That is the question to be answered….not how best to awaken the masses or how to mediate the trauma of the transition from asleep to fully committed.
God and Aliens are entwined in our history. They have the power to handle things. Bad gods and aliens are a problem. The Elites are hooked up to the bad guys. What can the small minority we call the good people do about the good God/Aliens? Are you good because of God or because you don’t know how else to be? If you think there is a God, can you relate this crisis to him and ask his intervention? Not, that he does not already know! If evil has their god, and good people have theirs…. it might be an interesting finale if the good God can activate!
Since, God seems to be more of a theoretical concept, though the devil is becoming ‘realer’, why not perfect the spark of God that you are and see where it leads. The satan within can be verified and the soul can be verified. No one knows the full potency of the soul. India has produced a lot of yogis with power and ascetics dribbling with love, but real ATMAS (souls) have not been seen or heard. Heard that they are the behind-the-scenes kind of people. In the scheme of things, the spirit is more powerful than matter and, the soul is more powerful than the dark side. If people were to work on this and perfect the souls while destroying the darkness within, there would be some hope….from the unknown. That to me, is the only winning solution. Running for the mountains with 3 crosses is the best move for survival. But, darksiders will be there crowding out everybody else. Only they have the wealth!
Other than that, I say gird up your loins for a hard time and hope it ends painlessly. Death must come. There is nothing here to miss…and good friends and great people waiting on the other side! When the world becomes as evil as it has…it needs to be destroyed. This is the promise of Krishna!

Yeah! Sadly, I don’t see any stopping of the Elites. The predictions I am partial to are those of Mitar Tarabich and that issued by the Spiritual Research people from India. In 1986 a guru from India told me about the war. The chosenites are very merciless in their execution of their plans. Just look in the Middle East. The GMO plans are going ahead full speed. The Viruses are being updated and mutated. The death of several micro-biologists is well documented. The engineering of weather and earth movements is proceeding unstoppably. Earth’s flora and fauna is mysteriously being wiped out.
What can I say? I look for the silver lining and see none. The masses cannot have enough of the latest offerings of retail, hollywood, stadia and sports, parties and TV. Women have practically won their war VS men and occupy the employment positions at State or private enterprises. Sex and love is now top priority because of them. There is always an agenda to live and die for but fightback is left to people like you. Russia and China are wild cards and no-one knows how they will react to the onslaught on the West. Looks very grim to me!
Krishna did say that the world will end if it becomes wholly evil or good. In times like these, he said he will reincarnate to protect the good and destroy evil. The question is, will it be like that or are we on our own! It is from the ranks of the good that any real fightback will take place. But, the masses have almost destroyed the ranks.
When nothing can’t be done….let it be! The thought of the masses getting their just desserts is very tempting!

This is the third post in a row I’ve read of (his) that, somehow women are the spanner in the gears, causing most if not all of humanity’s problems. I don’t think Pandava likes women much. That kinda hurts, but I guess as a woman, I’m used to this brand of marginalization. If (He) wants to place blame on sex or anything else that’s fine, I guess. (He’s) entitled to (his) thoughts, but after three strikes I’ll not take anything (he) says very seriously from this point on.

A mini ‘Satya Yuga’ of 10,000 years is held by some to have begun upon the appearance of Sri Krishna Chaitanya Mahaprabhu in 1486 in Mayapur, West Bengal, and is held to be present as long as there are devotees of Krishna upon this Earth.
From this, it appears that Krishna has no plans such as you suggest at this time at all, and He intends to appear on this Earth at the conclusion of the Kali Yuga at the end of the present 432,000 year period, when He appears as Kalki. So no plans to destroy the world there then.
Who the hell are you to tell me and everybody else in the entire world that they need to be destroyed? And what about the giraffes, the zebras, the elk, the deer, the butterflies and the bees? Don’t they get to have a say before you authorize the pushing of the button?
No amount of fancy rhetorical slithering about will enable you to to effectively deny or provide an excuse for sliding into the same dark hole as those nutcases with nukes have. The end of Kali Yuga is many thousands of years away, at the conclusion of a 432,000 year Kali Yuga, which began a mere 5,116 years ago approximately, too long away for your bloodthirsty appetite it seems.

Personally, you have nothing to add to my enlightenment. You are the perfect example of a strawman/dark side that I loathe. You read some literature from a cult and you feel that empowers you. Why don’t you go read the calculation of the Yugas by Sri Yukteswar…Yoganandas guru. While there, read the Avadhuta Gita and the Bhagvad Gita. You obviously know nothing about the soul. There is another Gita of Krishna’s revealed on his death. Go and read and become literate instead of bothering me with your tantrums, insults and slights. The real reason you cannot provide a reference is because there is no authentic one to give. As they say, bullshit baffles brains, and you write some.
And don’t try to hide behind the self-worshipping atheistic Sri Yukteswar, he is just as self-deluded as you are in his vain and conceited belief that he is Krishna also. The Kriya yogis and gurus even chant the Hare Krishna maha mantra in a false manner, and worship themselves rather than Krishna.
The Kriya yogi gurus all suffer chronic egotism by thinking they have become Krishna, yet they do not even know who or what Krishna is. Like you, they would become Lord of all. Try talking to Kriya yogi swamis from India, and you will see that they do not know English language all that well, requiring assistance sometimes to have the meanings of even some simple words explained to them. This obviously invalidates their claim to have merged in the all-knowing God, Krishna. They are frauds, as you are.
You were not quoting Krishna at all, but rashly stated your own ill-considered and hot-tempered judgement, later confabulating that Krishna has made this statement somewhere. You think you ARE Krishna, that is the fact of the matter, and that is the nature of your self-delusion. Kriya Yoga only affords access to the transcendental illusion of having become merged as one with the ‘Brahman effulgence white light’; in truth though, losing individual soul identity there is an actual impossibility, but such a state of self-delusion is that which the advaita vedantists such as yourself mistakenly consider to be the supreme destination. The real Krishna is an individual, but cosmic-sized person, distinct from your atomic-sized individual jiva soul identity or anyone else’s, vastly beyond your materialist estimation, way beyond the ‘white light’, so don’t try to impress me and others about how you have merged with Him.

I think that anyone can see that according to Vedic knowledge we have a long, long way to go before this actual planet is destroyed. If you do not respect Vedic knowledge, do not presume to then be able to invent your own version and then falsely advertise yourself as an authentic representative of it. If knowledge of Krishna in the Vedic literature as revealed by genuine representatives of Krishna from the spiritual world is indeed redundant as you obviously suggest, then why bother the pathetic deception of claiming to explain the inner meaning of the knowledge of Krishna. World destruction is not imminent, by your will as the self-supposed ‘Krishna’, or by anyone else with similar grandiose self-delusion.

All souls should contribute their love to the whole through the central nexus of the Paramatma, the Godhead, to add to the vibration of love radiating from that Godhead that enables the enlightened cognizance of the eternal self-nature of all jiva souls.
The jiva souls thus help to encourage and remind each other to find the greater part of their self-cognitive faculty within the Godhead, within the understanding of the achintya bheda bheda tattva philosophy. The activation of their spiritual self-awareness resides in constantly maintaining devotional relationships with the Godhead on the absolute plane that serve the entire cosmic community.

Stages:
1. Stupor, “unconscious” concerned mostly with self and family, focused on wealth attainment, image,and appearance.
2. Inkling something not right.
3. Stronger inkling something not right.
4. Growing awareness of beauty in nature and the extreme no holds barred ugliness of the media.
5. Full on awareness, chemtrails, 9/11, GMOs, transhumanism, satanism in media, one thing after another.
6. Shock, disbelief, numbness.
7. Anger, with those that don’t get it or dismiss it immediately. Unable to talk about anything else. I pity my walking group.
8. Looking for some light to hang onto because the scope of it is so huge.
9. Fully processed, seeking ancient wisdom, knowledge from before information was “altered”, action. Strong disinformation radar, revulsion at superficial endeavors, awards, shows and all Hollywood information.
10. Fear transmuted to love for all living things.
I personally try to reveal the truth on the topics closly related to their profession. Maybe 1/5 will actually bother to listen and investigate themselves, I get tempoarily angry when they make a negative remark but then I try to ignore it and think of a different way to approach to reveal the truth to them in a different angle. after all I don’t want to damage any relationships over it, its good to have a debate on real topics instead of always discussing fictional entertainment.

We are gradually evolving toward complete acceptance, but we don’t overcome all of it at once. Sometimes we need to revisit the upset phase and experience the grief. There are levels of waking up – that’s why sometimes we need to circle back and uncover one more deception we didn’t see the first time.
The good thing is – the job gets easier each time you cycle through.

For coping with the pessimism of being aware, it helps to have a few close friends who are aware of universal deception and can share a cynical laugh at the insane illusions the perps and dupes live under. With these friends we can discuss how we are actually making a spirited, positive response, even though scapegoated by society and bogged down in depressing realizations that we gotta deal with. Aware, we can understand the perps, herded into ghettos by their own leaders to ya know, keep the faith. Thaz how come they don’ think outside the box and show mercy even to themselves. We start by recognizing all the elements of a ‘perfect storm’ social failure brewing. But some of the beautiful things done by conscious people are as fine as ever have been done. Let’s keep that alive. We will have to try to teach the unenlightened and do it somehow with grace. It is a scary time but it is our time. A few years back, over 85% of Americans said they were happy! Ignorance is bliss. Happy people must all be successful philosophers, eh? They watch the most TV.

Failure to imagine problems ahead.
When problems ahead materialize, failure to recognize problems.
When recognized, failure to address problems due to apathy, economy, political correctness, fear, dictatorship, fraud, etc.

For me, starting to find my love for humanity again, awake or not, without any particular judgement or expectation seems to be heralding my arrival at stage 5 – at long flipping last! I can seem to hang on to just enough ego construct to function in the “normal” world, but not so I get hooked by it. I’m starting to like people again. Its nice. The depression was long and lonely, but I needed every second of it to work on what needed working on. All those programmed scripts to unravel… Meditation – the simplest kind of mindfulness of breathing – has been the single most powerful tool for me all the way through. Thanks for the post Zen!

My journey started about 18 months ago and I’ve (relatively quickly) gone through the whole process. It was horrible at times, almost separated from my wife early this year due to the challenges it brought. I felt I’d been fed a lie since birth and god did that piss me off! But I am now through it, mainly through finding Transcendental Meditation, and wouldn’t changing the things that I’ve seen for anything. I now feel that all this ‘bad’ stuff was/is all necessary because if these ‘bad’ people doing ‘bad’ stuff (9/11, chemtrails, fake wars, fake economy etc.) then I wouldn’t have woken up and would be still going about my day like nothing was up. And now I’m moving beyond all the conspiracies, mainly since I started watching/listening to Bashar, because on a much deeper level we all agreed to this one way or another anyway, and if we don’t like our reality we can. It’s just a choice between love and fear and I choose LOVE!

Hey Rob, our experiences sound remarkably similar (my post is at the top) I first stumbled into this in 2004 when a golf buddy pointed out chemtrails to me. I went home and googled ‘high altitude overhead spraying’ and found rense.com. In the years since, I realized I needed to look within and I too learned TM and it helps me stay in the moment and much more patient. We are definitely in the minority (even in my household) and I pick my battles carefully. Bottom line, I can’t stop searching for truth. Bashar is entertaining, and my wife (who is slowly coming around) remarked that he does not mumble or stutter at all, and for that reason seems very believable. 2012 scenario is also interesting. There is a young channel named Wes Annac who is barely (if) out of his teens that I believe you will enjoy. He claims he is a walk-in and if you can find his podcast interview, he sounds very mature and informed beyond his years. You’ll also find SaLuSa’s channelings among many others. There is a common thread through it all and I want to believe we are about to have a fantastic new world appear before our eyes. It may get bumpy beforehand, but keeping the fear at bay and staying present and loving is a choice we can all make. Peace brother

I’m totally with you on searching for the truth, I spend hours everyday and now I’m moving past the fear it’s amazing what info just happens to come my way. It’s one incredible journey.

I must admit if someone would have told me about channelling a few years back I would have thought they where nuts. But now I come at things with an open mind and leave my old preconceptions in the past I’m starting to believe all the things we thought where make believe are actually real!

It depends on the definition of thinking, but it´s thinking in the first place what makes us slaves. Thinking distracts us from the now. From seeing what´s right in front of us. The solution is to stop thinking and start seeing/knowing.
But “thinking” in the sense of “meditating” is another story.
I go thru the same thing after locking my keys in the car!

P.S.-these”paradigm”-stages go to Elizabeth Kubler Ross”s (a psychiatrist) investigation of the 5 stages of ‘death awareness’… I call S.A.D.B.A.-shock-anger-denial-bargaining-acceptance…it’s an excellent tool for other corollaries as has been evidenced…why people feel it necessary to bring in ‘imaginary’ gods & consequences is beyond me, as I think they remain in Plato’s cave, geticulating at the shadows cast on the cave wall by a Man-Made fire inside & away from the light of day….but then again this is just my, albeit. humble opine….(gotta love the irreverent ‘car-key’ joke, tho-hahaha-aha!)

I’m right into the depression phase at the moment and it greatly comforts me to hear that it’s not me being just too weak to cope and that I need to fight my ego in order to get completely free of this. Incidentally it just occured to me in a moment of pure insight that it was the right and necessary thing to do and here comes the synchronicity of this article to sort of encourage me. It just confirms what I intuitively understood. Thanks for that.
I have learned that depression is a choice. In my case it was my ego reacting to my new reality and the fact that I was mostly alone. I heard the whispers at work and at play (I belonged to a 1% private golf club in Victoria BC) When I realized I no longer wanted to be a part of it or them, it took time to get over the loss and depression crept in. When I look back on it now, I have much less but less is more. I don’t miss competing at work or play any longer and I go for 5 mile walks in nature as often as I used to waste my 5 mile walk chasing a silly white sphere. I have NEVER been more content or at peace. Choose love, stillness and nature and leave depression for those who choose to remain asleep. Peace

When you finally awaken and if you have, you know you have gone through a form of hell, things change, I for one have stopped trying to awaken anyone now, its been a wasted of time. Been called mad,nuts, crackers and certifiable by my own family. Thought I had got through once or twice only to get that person going back to the fake reality we are in. But I have found God now and I know hes on my side if no one else is. But I am strong now and knows whats coming and as ready as possible, we are in deep, deep trouble but I feel light, as I know, those continuing watching big brother and other crap like BBC so called news will awaken right at the last minute and they wont be mentally or practically prepared. The shock alone at the massive lie we live in will cause many mens hearts to fail.

Another great article. I wish I had found it at stage 1. I’m definitely at stage five (just coming out of stage 4). When I began to learn how the world really works, I thought for sure everyone would want to know they’ve been snookered! I too, no longer bother to hand out the red pill. Once in a while though, I still get an urge to drop a seed of info and what someone does with it is up to them. The anger and loneliness of my awakening has has forced me to separate from friends, family & acquaintances who think I’ve lost my mind….when in fact, I’ve FOUND my mind. I’ve since tried to turn inward for self reassurance/meditation and also seek out like-minds and make new friends with these same understandings (some of them were complete quality strangers). It’s been refreshing to know that I’m not alone in these blueprint stages.

Amazingly I just was telling my girlfriend, who is on the journey also, but in the anger stage now, how I was at acceptance and I felt it was like Kubler Ross’s 5 stages of grief that we learned in RN school 30 years ago and incorporated into our nursing practice.
