Yeah, it’s Keystone Cop Orwellian…
There is indeed a lot of Orwell in it. Orwell was taken as a blueprint for much of today’s phenomena (I do not know that he meant to be). This has a lot to do with the wielding of authority over people. It often falls by proxy to people whom have no idea of what they are ruling over, hence our well-meaning police are supposed to be experts on contraband, the pope on sex, on and on ad infinitum. Whatever. When one lives in an asylum it does little good to complain that your neighbors are crazy.

Unfortunately, well for me anyway, I recognize the tv station as local. Seattle police are known for shooting first and asking no questions.
I like my house very much but with soooo much happening all around, mobility might need review.
