We have all heard about the tunnel of light that our soul follows upon leaving the physical body, but what is the true meaning of the life review? Why does a life review almost always involve having us continuously looping back into this 3rd dimensional reality and what can we do to stop these cycles of reincarnation?

Commonalities Within The Near Death Experience
Just about every person who has a near death experience will say that they didn’t want to come back to Earth and that the other side of the veil felt like “home”. So, if everyone feels this content on the other side of the veil, then why do we keep coming back to this hellhole?
As evidenced by thousands of near death experiences, there is a common theme that people experience upon leaving the physical body:
- The initial “death”
- The tunnel and the white light
- The other side of the tunnel
- Meeting “beings” including angels, guides, friends and family
- Your life review
- Getting sent back to earth
- Lessons learned from the other side
The tunnel of light is so appealing because it gives us the opportunity to meet with loved ones have predeceased us. The feeling of love is described as being magnified much more than anything we can humanly experience in this 3rd dimensional reality. In reality, the tunnel of light is a soul harvester that keeps recycling your soul along with the energy of your physical body upon reincarnation.
The Life Review
Part of this process involves a life review, where you see your life in a panoramic, 360 degree view of everything you did in this most recent incarnation. Then, you see your life from the perspective of everyone you met within your previous incarnation. You may see how you hurt someone’s feeling when seeing your life from their perspective or you might see how much happiness you brought someone else after doing a kind deed for them without expecting anything in return.
Many times, you will be with a Source-like being who appears to be all-loving and will laugh with you at your life review, yet the same being will send you back into this 3rd dimensional reality after a life-review, despite how happy the person is to be on the other side of the veil.
Spirit Guides
We are all assigned spirit guides but who are they and ultimately, what is their main purpose? Is it possible that they are merely representatives for those who have kept us looped within these perpetual cycles of incarnations?

I once had a dream where I was about to incarnate into this 3rd dimensional reality. I was placed in an elevator-like room, which represented the descending process to earth. I remember being in this place many times beforehand but could not remember what I was supposed to do next. I was on the top floor (the 14th floor which meant the 14th dimension?). My memory was so badly erased that I couldn’t remember how to descend to Earth. This is a test we receive on the other side to see if any memories were remembered and if so, then you would have to go back and have them cleared again.
There were other tests to see what I remembered but I can’t recall what they were.
These were the last fragmented memories of the other side before I was born.
It’s possible that there is an elevator-like area designed to erase all of your memories from previous lives and the other side of the veil.
Granted, there are some guides who volunteered to come here to truly guide you out of this cycle of reincarnationand chances are, if you’re reading this right now, your spirit guide is one of them.
Schumann Resonance
You may be thinking, “How is it possible for a Gray to show love by being a spirit guide?” Please keep in mind that they are using technologies beyond our comprehension in order to wipe out our previous life’s memories. The Schumann Resonance on Earth has been at 7.83hz for what many people believe to be thousands of years. Recently, the resonance has been rising as high as 8.15 cycles per second.

What if the tunnel of light was capable of creating a resonance of 1,000, 10,000 or even 1,000,000 cycles per second? What if the Grays were impervious to theSchumann Resonance or were programmed to appear as spirit guides, upon death of the physical vessel, to convince us to enter the tunnel of light? At this point in time, you would feel immense love and would innately trust them, based on an artificial program designed to keep you trapped into the recycling system of reincarnation. Ultimately, it’s not love that one would feel; it’s just another artificial system of control to keep us locked in to this current system of negative energy.

Past Life Regression and Soul Groups
Through past life regressions, we know that all of our past lives are either stored within our cellular DNA and/or within our soul, yet we are unable to immediately retrieve these memories. When under hypnosis, you can remember the most minute details of a past life but once you come out of hypnosis, you have a hard time remembering what you had for dinner yesterday or who the last person was to call you. Does anyone else find this particularly odd? How is it possible to remember, in detail while under hypnosis, our past lives and why do we keep incarnating with the same cast of characters?
How To Exit The Reincarnation System
Just by having this knowledge upon death, you can to opt out of the reincarnation process without being persuaded to come back for having to repaying negative karmic debts. Many of those who have predeceased us have already bought into the system but if they have not yet reincarnated or have made a soul contract, then they may also be saved from having to do this, yet again. It’s a truly a brilliant strategy by the archons to use the energy of love against us in order to keep us coming back as economic slaves to a system that feeds off of our energies.

Remember, “As above, so below”. Just about everything we have been taught is a lie, including why we need to constantly incarnate into a system of economic subservience.
Upon death, we take what we have learned, including our personality. We also vibrate at a certain level, so as you increase your vibration now you will take all of your hard work with you. Remember to connect with your oversoul before entering the tunnel of light or ask your guide to help you to connect to your oversoul. If you wish, you could tell people about the tunnel of light before they enter it.
If you enter the tunnel of light, do not allow any council to convince you that you need to repay any karmic debt. Any perceived karmic debt was part of what you decided to experience. This doesn’t mean that you should have no guilt for intentionally harming someone because ultimately, we should love everyone and respect everything.
If you do decide to come back to help this planet, do not agree to come back to this 3rd dimensional reality of systemic control through a “soul contract“. Come back on your own terms, which includes the remembrances of all previous lives and everything you have learned throughout your incarnations as well as on the other side of the veil.
You could come back into a fifth dimensional version of Earth, but only choose this if you are certain that it is a version that is not under the control of the archonic system. You could also choose to come back as a non physical guide to the old 3rd dimensional system to help others, just as our guides have done.
Ultimately, your true peace will be found once you realize that YOU are SOURCE/CREATOR and you have the ability to create worlds and galaxies that are harmoniously filled with love outside of this system of control.

They say that the historic Buddha, at the moment of his death, when he was about to cross into nirvana, at the last second looked back and thought, how can I enter heaven when there are still so many suffering people here? At that moment the Buddha made a vow, that before he entered heaven, he would first save all the suffering people. I little part of me suspects the Buddha entered heaven for a little while, and was bored to tears.

…I had my 1st O.B.E. when I was 17 (reading Jane Roberts)… when one night I left my body, without any inclination towards fear at all!… & spontaneously flew…right thru my bedroom wall & out into the ‘sparkly’ bioluminescence of the warm summer air outside… I was floating flying & laughing… as elated as any excited child full of wonder… I toured around the waterfall & lakeside country realizing ‘everything’ worked just fine in my ethereal body …like it does in my physical …but without any structural limitations (like matter)…I also felt I was helped by a female of a high vibration & a male essence or voice that sounded like a record played on a very slow speed…no light & no tunnel (that’s a story for another time)…suffice to say I returned with a ‘thud’ as I reentered my body & marveled at the beautiful thing that had just happened…..words are inadequate….so I guess you could say I was now ‘experienced’ like Jimmy Hendrix would say.. I still can’t do it at will …Yet!…(I don’t want to take up commentary space unnecessarily but an explanation of a shared experience is due… while commenting on this ever increasing world wide natural phenomenon.

Alex, it is now 12:30 a.m. and I am a bit tired but did want to get back to this conversation. I’ve not had any out of body experience like yours – – wow – – – COOL! but have had one kinda out of body experience. Was meditating and trying desperately to empty the chatter going on in my brain. After a while I took off into space, not any colors really. I became a small blob of grey tumbling and giggling with millions and trillions of other small blobs of grey energies full of love, peace and pure uninhibited fearless joy. The people of the earth were killing each other, raping, fighting, etc. This did not effect any of us – – – grey blobs of energy. We were pure love and we would swoop down about an inch from the tops of the humans heads passing love while they were destroying each other and all of life. When I got up from that floor I was floating and the most peaceful I’ve ever, ever experienced. It continued on for the entire day and night. From that time on dreams were unbelievable prophetic and deep meanings were imparted. Many, many dreams.
One such dream was a friend (she is dead now) and I were in front of 3 judges on the other side or different dimension. The dream purely imparted to me the answer was detrimental and had to be correct. We were asked what/who is the alpha and the omega! Neither of us could answer that question. I woke terribly disturbed about not being able to answer that question. I have searched high and low for the answer since 1995. This is one of the main reasons I just happen to come across Zen Gardner.com. I have been open but discerning. Never, ever would I have learned about the archons nor Sophia. I am blessed by everyone here. It’s amazing when we put out a pure intent the truths that have been buried and stolen so long ago become visible. Thank you Alex! It’s my understanding when we do connect with source with a pure heart and a pure intent each one has different experiences. When it is only experienced does one have that uh-ha, that all knowing! That trust of that connection.
I think about all the people of the entire globe. The whole earth being like one gigantic mountain and each person holding hands looking straight ahead and each one speaking out loud in turns what they see. I’ve learned sometimes when people speak about these experiences with friends and others, some get down and loose the faith they had because their experience was not as profound. Had a girlfriend that thought I was possessed by demons when I shared my experiences with her. Then later she came down with a horrible depression. She left this world in 2007. I miss her terribly! She was a devoted Christian and we learned to love each other like sisters even though she tried her hardest to save my soul. We went to AA together for years and I love that girl more then any could imagine. She came to visit me after she crossed this dimension 3 days later. We laughed our hinney’s off in my kitchen while I was preparing a Chicken Strudel for the jam session. That was her way of letting me know – – your on to something there my dear friend & sister – keep going like YOU are going – tee-hee! I had my brown robed figures accompanying me and they became a big part of my life .

* …Eureka!- Miss Kitty…I’d forgotten about the whirling swishing sensations of air in my ears, just before physical/ethereal disassociation…. as I disengaged, separating from anything that ‘mattered’ (lol) as I was getting ready to depart & travel thru the ether…..So happy to finally validate, thru someone else, about the self same detection of the accompanying male & female entities, with the dissimilar resonances of our guides(?)…one such journey…(I think it was an ET/ED that stood behind me with his hands on my shoulders as I felt my forehead open up where I started to travel thru different layers of an aquamarine ocean…deeper & deeper where I came suddenly popped into a beautifully lush world with it’s own source of muted sunlight….. with cultivation going on by these little pre-historic looking orange colored, scaled ‘worker-beings’ that had very long beaks…weird-eh…they observed me for a moment then cont’d on ….then I became aware of a figure in a black robe with a hood that was also aware of me…but he was a little too creepy for me….next thing I know I’m back in my body…go figure…needless to say I have a new appreciation as to why East Indians have red dots on their foreheads signifying the pineal gland…it definitely works! under the right circumstances with the right people around….I could go on…… but I finally get to communicate with a couple of women who know WTF! That buzzing swirling sensation is an absolutely classic sign of an impending OBE or Astral travelling .
The pulling sensation (can’t describe it really) in the forehead and behind the eyes is the pineal gland doing it’s job . I get that when meditating , first time it scared me to death !! Lol . But now I just go with the flow . It doesn’t always happen , I can only describe it as goldeness first it’s dark and then I enter into the goldeness
Sounds a bit vague but it’s another of those indescribable experiences .
Visited some strange places too , other worlds ? Dimensions ? Planets
I always know I’m safe and very rarely feel afraid . If I do I just say no and I return to my body .
At the end of my NDE , I was ‘shown’ the Universe , this was the real reason I think I had this experience .
I melted into it all and it was me and I was it , it was vast Alex just beyond anything able to be described , everything is connected down to the smallest molecule , it all fits and resonates in total harmony , it sings !
That was the message I received .
We are everything and nothing , there is no seperation .

My dad is 81 , he had his first when he was 5 , after a botched tionsillectomy . He now has them regularly , he says it’s because he is less dense vibrationally as he is aging . He knows the veil is becoming thinner . We talk about it a lot , he has no fear at all .
I think it’s good to share all these experiences . Even in the so called awakened community there are still taboos . We can break down these barriers if we talk honestly to each other . I sometimes refuse my Astral / OBEs because to be honest I don’t want it or can’t be bothered .

I believe all one must do to break the cycle is find Christ.
What do you think would happen if nasa would nuke the mile high tower on the moon, destroying it ? If it does make it possible to get off of this planet when we die, would the souls just wander around Earth without the tower ? Why do these aliens what us to be reincarnated over and over again ? Is it possible they are trying to make us better souls by learning from our mistakes, through past lives, so someday we can become one with them ? I believe the aliens or whoever they are maybe angels, reincarnate us again and again untill they see we are ready for living with them or in Heaven with the source. I don’t believe they feed off of your negative waves, or any thing like that . They want our souls when they think we learned to become peaceful and good, after all God said only the meek shall inherit the Earth. Interesting that the moon has all these massive craters on the surface, yet they all penetrate only to a certain depth. Given how the moon has been “peppered”, and stays intact, has certainly got me wondering.

This is a brand new theory here: The light at the end of the tunnel is a contraption aliens came up with and they are the ones that coax you into this soul harvesting tunnel in which they gain control over you and force you into reincarnation.
I’ve been researching NDE’s for over a decade now and I never came across an account where one had a choice to enter the tunnel or that anybody had to be talked into making a decision to enter the tunnel.
The bright light gently draws you in, is what everyone says except for the hellish NDE’s.
Grey aliens can not exist in this light or they gladly would. This is why they are harvesting our dna for hybrid breeding programs, to be able to get closer into this peaceful light of Love and Harmony. This tunnel does not have a threshold like a door jam or gate opening. It just appears as a tunnel because outside of the light is darkness which we are coming out of when the light draws our souls toward it away from mass density. The diameter of the light gets larger as we approach it that is why it appears as we are moving through a tunnel of sorts.
It is not a tunnel where at the physical entrance aliens are waiting to talk you into entering against your better judgement. This light of Love and Harmony the NDE survivors talk about is something you want to get close to because for the first time you don’t feel any pain associated with having an earthly body and you feel at peace with everything, surrounded by a gentle love. It is the best feeling you have ever felt and that is why you don’t want to return into your incarnate life at the time.
Reincarnation is something all together different. Actually there is no (re) incarnation because it is all happening at the same time. Time is not square, it is round.
It is like that one lady said in the video: “we chose to come here”.

If you do find yourself in a situation of darkness where grey aliens are telling you to enter a “tunnel” of sorts I would be concerned too. The problem with that situation is that you are nowhere near the “Real McCoy” Light of Love because a) there are no grey aliens there and b) you would not have to think twice about going there being already drawn in and loving it. There is no decision making going on at that point.
About 90% of NDE’s are positive, about 10% are hellish.
Some religions believe that they can help souls have a positive experience, by teaching Love.
If Love is a big part of your incarnate life there might just be an attraction between the Love in your heart and that Big Beautiful Light of Love at the “end of the tunnel” when your soul exits your body.

Glad you said this Mb . As an NDE survivor I have to say that the Grey Alien scenario is a little bizarre to say the least . I have seen many people die in all situations in the course of my job . I have spoken to many who have had NDEs , taken part in research into this phenomenon and done extensive research for myself .
Not one person has as far as I know mentioned an alien presence .
The tunnel is only a tunnel very briefly , it quickly becomes a n all encompassing searingly bright light . to describe the sensation of love is impossible . It literally pervades every thing , it is in fact alive as much as we are alive . There is no fear, no pain, no’ thing’ that is even remotely threatening . The choice to return is entirely that , a choice , no coercion, no threats .
We judge ourselves and are in fact in control of everything , anything else is an illusion , we choose not to be responsible it’s always us . This is our greatest tragedy , lack of spiritual responsibility . . Most people are terrified of physical death and what they see as the death of ego or the essential us . There is nothing to be afraid of at all , we do not die , we just move on to where ever we want to go , there is choice . There are many layers , dimensions or mansions as described in the Christian and other sacred texts ,we go where we’ resonate ‘the most . These thoughts were common to all who experience an NDE.
I have spent many hours helping my patients to come to terms with their death by speaking of the near Death Experiences of others . To me this is just more fear mongering and giving away our power to yet another control system .

I’m not sure why the author is presenting NDE’s like this.
There have been many millions of NDE’s and the scientific position of “it’s all happening inside your dying brain” is beginning to change. There are several medical doctors that have had ndes. The fact is that you can’t look down upon yourself from inside your head. That is the scientific game changer people are starting to come to terms with right now. We don’t loose our identity upon death and we stay conscious. We have a soul! Now what? People that have not experienced an nde of course can not relate. Some people just are not ready to accept this fact. They have to Believe others and not everybody is comfortable with that. What are implications on their current lives? Are souls really eternal? What will happen to my soul? and so on.
This article is either an attempt of the author to stay in control after death or mis/dis informatio to discredit the spirituality of Love by who knows who.

I’ve been questioning this for some while now. The thing that really got to me was the ‘life Review’. We are born into a controlled environment, get programmed by lunatics, subsequently act out in all sorts of weird and wonderful ways, often born out of the resultant utter confusion… and then someone wants me to observe a ‘Life Review’?
Why would I want to see a replay of inflicted nonsense? What value is imagined in such a thing. I lived the craziness. I’m already aware of the world’s collective madness. Insane people do insane things. I’m over it already!

From my experience: reincarnation cycle will break as soon as your conscious and spiritual evolution has reached a necessary level. Many people are reincarnating because they choose so, fully aware of what they are doing, specially in this era of awakening. World population is larger than ever in history thanks to right conditions on Earth, and many souls want to be here to experience the shift/transition into the new era from this dimension. These reincarnations are their last opportunity to grow and evolve as consciousness.
