Protecting Yourself from Chemtrail Poisoning
[I was requested to remove the original post by the author as there was a question about one of her sources. I believe much of the information was still very useful, but I'll include my PS I added to her article below to give a few ideas on the subject. PS from Zen – There are other great articles on this subject, so view several before you decide your course of action. Personally I take several immune boosters recommended by Dr. Mercola and use Zeolite as a heavy metal detox as well as other supplements. Changing my diet to almost all raw foods has had the most profound effect. Starting your day with a power-packed smoothie of fresh and/or frozen organic fruits and lots of fresh greens, flax seeds and whatever else we’re into is a life changer.
I also regularly take supergreen powder drinks adding other supplements including Zeolite and grapefruit seed extract.
I began a regimen that Dane Wigington at GeoengineeringWatch.org told he’s had amazing results with. It’s a simple nasal spray you make yourself. In 2 oz’s of pure water in a nasal or mist sprayer put half of a small packet of neti salts, and a drop each of tea tree oil, grapefruit seed extract and eucalyptus oil. Inhale deeply as you spray in each nostril. Also mist spray into the lungs in deep inhales. Do twice daily at least. Has been very effective and a great cleanse.
Much of what’s afflicting people is a fungal infection that physicians don’t even diagnose so only treat with antibiotics or suppressants, so naturopathy is your best bet by far imo. Stay healthy. Love, Zen

Nice post Zen, many helpful ideas. I have been using Elderberry, which I leave soaking in alcohol. I started using 100 proof, if you can get away with using your own, the better. Works if a couple tablespoons are taken at the first feelings of a cold or flu. The next day, you won’t have either. If you have waited to long and have come down with the flu, it will be gone in a coupe days. I have ten or fifteen folks I have given this to, the come back year after year now, it works so well. I put up 24 to 48 bottles every two years.

Great information alot of which I’ve heard of before but it’s always good to get more. After all, we’re in a fight for our lives. My lung capacity is definitely affected by the spraying mixed with the high humidity where I live.
I read Dr. Mercola daily, he’s definitely a warrior. He donated a million dollars to defeat the GMO prop in California.

Insane we have to jump through hoops like this. today here in NC the air was heavily sprayed and actually smelled of metals. there was a ground “fog” again. this is happening regularly now here as they turn the screws tighter and tighter.
Yes…it’s nasty out. Horrific we have to live on the defensive. Lots are leaving the country where the spraying is at least less…
Chelation therapy under the supervision of a well trained doctor is very useful for heavy metal detoxification. I spent the last 15 years outside all day and tested positive for very elevated levels of these bizarre heavy metals found in the chemtrails. My immune system was so overrun from the metals it helped cause level 4 melanoma at age 30. Chelation along with many of the recommendations listed above is a very useful way to combat heavy metals poisoning.
Did you report that to anyone else? What an indictment against chemtrails. Did you know they’ve found fluoride in chemtrails in Norway? Wonder how much they’re doing that in other places. The EPA won’t test for these chemicals anymore…giveaway anyone? It’s a scientific lockdown. Glad you’re better Chris!
My hair mineral analysis showed strontium as the highest (non-essential) mineral, aluminum second and barium third.
