OPPT or Co-opted? Look Before You Leap

People have been asking me what I thought of the OPPT (One People’s Public Trust) movement. I’d hardly noticed it as these types of things rarely appeal to me, but I decided to look into it a bit. This is my opinion and observations based on what I’ve seen so far which isn’t much because actually there isn’t that much to be found. What I share here is based on my personal experiences, research and intuition, so take it for what you will.
The purpose of this article is not to explain what it is, which you can research for yourself. I’m addressing the subject for those with at least a cursory knowledge of this issue who are wondering about the nature of this movement.
I’m not about to tell anyone what to do, but I’d watch my step with this OPPT movement. Something doesn’t seem right to me. There are too many warning flags going up right out of the gate.
I can understand people looking for a coalescing movement to express in some potentially practical form their desire to effect change, as well as to provide a unifying sense of solidarity. I also know human nature is prone to looking for cure-all solutions, external sources of salvation, dynamic charismatic leaders, and a reason for hope. For many this is also a chance to put the burden of personal choice and decision making down a bit and rest on some sense of collective force, imagined or real.
It’s a frustrating life watching the world being crushed with seemingly so few practical ways we can fight it. That’s how movements form, and I understand that. But anyone would be wise to be very careful where they throw their weight in this maze of dis-information and misdirection infiltrating society, and the alternative research community in particular.
What Is the OPPT?
Here’s their own description:
The One People’s Public Trust itself consists of every person on the planet, the planet itself and the Creator.
The One People’s Trust trustees are a talented group of very skilled individuals including legal professionals who, in conjunction with a positive group inside the financial system, carried out extensive investigations into the massive fraud and theft taking place at the time.
After exercising extreme prudence, the OPPT concluded that the corporations operating under the guise of the people’s government and financial systems were committing treason against the people of this planet without the people’s knowing, willing and intentional consent. Through a series of REGISTRATIONS of the BE’ing of the one people of this planet, the land, airs, seas and every creation thereof and therefrom, all unlawful and illegal claims of ownership and actions of management and control by the principals, agents and beneficiaries were lawfully and legally duly cancelled and foreclosed upon by their own free will choice not to remedy the damage they had caused. I feel hijacked. They roped in me, you, and everyone else on the planet…including the Creator…just like that. Where did they get that permission? Didn’t get mine. Pretty presumptuous if you ask me.
Why I’m Suspect
I’ve been seeing the increasingly evangelical calls to “OPPT in” to this movement around the net and started looking into it. I admit I haven’t studied everything although there was quite of bit of looking while working on this article and really there’s not much to be found besides the hype. I still don’t understand this whole thing, which is part of what bothers me. Either there’s not much to understand or everything’s deliberately vague.
I’m judging by how it appears to me and its effect on me, so take it or leave it.
No doubt there is merit in some of the thinking and mechanisms involved, otherwise it wouldn’t have any credibility. Although I’m starting to wonder if that’s even true. We’ve seen this non acceptance or recognition of the system’s legality or authority before and it has worked in many civil cases. Canada has something similar going on with the common law court case against the British crown and Canadian leaders in the recent genocide trial. They are statements of protest and generate public awareness.
But participation is effective only as long as our outlook and understanding of the real problem is fully conscious and we’re not reinforcing their system, intentionally or not. I don’t mean to be a downer but some systems just aren’t worth saving nor fighting for, or even acknowledging. Especially when the real enemy is something way more powerful working behind the scenes pushing both sides of every conflict. (Think Rothschilds and hold that thought.)
The weird thing is even as you try to get more information from their websites you get directed here and redirected there, with slim pickins for information along the way. Look at any “system” public trust anywhere and the disclosures and mission statement etc. are up front and clear as a bell. They have to be. Then OPPT claims “millions around the world” are turning on to it which all the jazzed up followers are parroting. Sorry to tell you but one website shows clearly they’ve only had 60 thousand hits and the other states 200 thousand. Hardly millions, even assuming everyone who visits “joins” or gets behind it, which of course is statistically impossible. In fact, it would most likely be a small percentage of the total exposure at best.
So where’s the millions? It smacks of an energy pyramid scheme to be honest.
I listened to Max Igan’s interview with the main organizers of the OPPT movement. From the outset it was vague and confusing. If it weren’t for commenters on my site asking about it I would have turned it off. It started off with a premise that was clearly meant to appeal to one and all in any alternative mindset…the political activist to the new-ager:
“It’s all over. We’ve already won.” Weeeeee.
Sounds way too familiar. Another full spectrum appeal to the activist crowd like other grandiose promises and phenomena we’ve seen come and go. What really rubbed me is the elusive, assumptive and patronizing wording in this entire interview.
Legalese Unease
The American lawyer was the main spokesperson and she couldn’t have been more vague and confusing. It was not aimed to educate clearly, but rather to snow you under with impressive sounding knowledge and so-called inside information.
I’ve seen professional con men at work and that’s exactly what they do.
First they grab you with a “big idea” appeal and a vision of some wonderful end result they know you’d love to hear. Then they go on to give you a not so clear but grand sounding method on how they propose to do it. The trick is to do it so seemingly authoritatively and with all kinds of complicated language, showy credentials and hearsay testimonials to back it up that you get swept up and “taken” by it without fully grasping anything.
It’s classic sales speak and manipulation.
The kick off is a doozey. “It’s already over” they say. “We’ve already won. The PTBs have been served their papers (thanks to their perceptive, hard work and ‘inside’ contacts) and we are now free. Now we just need to act like it.” And you are swept under their umbrella by the very definitions they propose. Isn’t that exactly the complaint they’re making of how the PTBs get our permission by overarching maritime laws via birth certificates and other automatic contracts?
And by the way, thanks OPPT for telling us we’re all free, but we already knew that. You didn’t need to tell us that and we didn’t need a piece of paper filed somewhere to make it “official”. The whole system is a lie and you addressing it like you’re going to dissolve it on their level is ludicrous. And then to go on to say it’s already done and filed in some secret special department is more mind games and condescension.
Worse than that, it smacks of controlled opposition propaganda and manipulation. That’s what worries me.
And who comes out the saviors? All these knowledgeable insiders with all their legal apparatus and most of all whomever they’re connected to, all while saying it’s the people’s trust. And where do the followers and buyers of this plan all march? Wherever the pied piper leads them.
Wanting to believe something doesn’t make it true.
Disclosure Bombshell
I’m sure they expected eventual backlash over this next point which is why the fancy legalese-spouting American lawyer said it. About 40 minutes into the interview as she’s bragging about how through her qualifications and contacts she was able to attain all this “empowering” information on how to dismantle the entire structure, she says “by way of disclosure I need to tell you that the man who showed me all of this is a trustee with the Rothschilds’ family holdings.” She goes on to say this shows “there are many people within the system that want to make sure you guys (not we) know what’s going on.”
WTF? And the interview rolled on like nothing happened.
That’s how this kind of thing works. People set logic and common sense aside because they so want to believe it. And it’s not the first time this kind of thing has happened.
She does this several times, saying “they” and “you guys”, not putting herself with her precious One People’s Public Trust followers. She’s apparently aloof along with her elite “informers”. She also mechanically repeats “God, Yahweh, Allah or Source” every time she refers to the spiritual, as if they of course are open to any and all interpretations. All of it sounds cold, contrived and rote.
Although what can you expect, she’s a lawyer. Isn’t that what governments are packed with?
Where Have I Seen This Movie Before?
If this doesn’t smack you as FulfordandCo.esque I don’t know what, and all those big money disclosures and Drake revelations. “The battle’s won, they’re about to all be arrested.” “Come to the White Dragon, the GOOD Illuminati will save you.” Now “It’s over. We filed the papers and you’re all free!”

Sorry, I don’t buy it. These initial warning signs are way over the top and a total turn off as far as I’m concerned, as well as disconcerting. Making this kind of appeal to susceptible eager Truth seekers can siphon off their attention and energy. And we know what happens there. That very energy directing will give power to this movement and seeming validity like so many others, i.e. the Obama illusion as a prime mainstream example. It becomes self fulfilling as has happened to every religion and belief system as the bandwagon fills up with buyers in investors.
The substance no longer matters, the energy is there to justify whatever central control dictates.
And 1776?
Besides the stylized Merkaba which can taken all kinds of ways, why put 1776 in their logo? I thought this was an international, non-boundaried expression of personal freedom? What’s with referring to more restricting documents?
Besides an obvious emotional appeal to Constitutionalists in the US and others around the world who see that as a founding document or concept to be emulated, we all know how that birthing date was chosen. It’s the founding of the Bavarian Illuminati, the true founders of just about anything in the world power structure. That’s also how the number of 13 initial states was decided which adorns the flag to this day and the famous dollar bill, as well as how myriad other cryptic messages were embedded.
You don’t screw with numbers and symbolism and think we’re not going to notice.
Are The PTBs Trying to Harvest Alternative Thinkers?
Here’s a conspiracy theory for the books.
This Perfect Day by Ira Levin is an amazing tale that may give us a hint at what these guys are up to. Besides derailing whatever else has been supra-consciously formulating according to a much higher power and skimming or steering the energy of the alternative movement into an alternative solution of their choice and direction, what if there’s something even more insidious afoot?
Here’s a short summary of the futuristic (pre-programming?) book, This Perfect Day (1970), by Ira Levin. And so you know what a massive insider Levin was, he also wrote The Boys from Brazil, Rosemary’s Baby, and The Stepford Wives. Whoa.

Plot Backstory (partial):
The story is set in a seemingly perfect global society whose genesis is vague: “Christ, Marx, Wood and Wei led us to this perfect day” is what school children learn to chant.
Uniformity is the defining feature; there is only one language and all ethnic groups have been eugenically merged into one race called “The Family”. There are only four personal names for men (Bob, Jesus, Karl and Li) and four for women (Anna, Mary, Peace and Yin). Instead of surnames, individuals are distinguished by a nine-character alphanumeric code, their “nameber” (a neologism from “name” and “number”), e.g. WL35S7497. Everyone eats “totalcakes”, drinks “cokes”, wears exactly the same thing and is satisfied – every day.
The world is managed by a central computer called UniComp which has been programmed to keep every single human on the surface of the earth in check. People are continually drugged by means of monthly treatments (delivered via transdermal spray or jet injector) so that they will remain satisfied and cooperative “Family members”. They are told where to live, when to eat, whom to marry, when to reproduce, and for which job they will be trained. Everyone is assigned a counselor who acts somewhat like a mentor, confessor, and parole agent; violations against ‘brothers’ and ‘sisters’ by themselves and others are expected to be reported at a weekly confession.
Everyone wears a permanent identifying bracelet which interfaces with access points that act as scanners which tell the “Family members” where they are allowed to go and what they are allowed to do. Around the age of 62, every person dies, presumably from an overdose of the treatment liquids; almost anything in them is poisonous if an excess dose is given. Now and then, someone dies at 61 or 63, so no one is too suspicious of the regularity. Even opposition against such a life by those few who happen to be resistant to the drugs, or those who purposely change their behavior to avoid strong doses of some of the drugs in the monthly treatment, and who consequently wake up to a day which for them turns out to be anything but perfect, is dealt with by the programmers of UniComp.
These long-lived men and women, in their underground hideaway, constitute the real, albeit invisible, world government. They live in absolute luxury and choose their own members through a form of meritocracy. In part, people who choose, through evasion and modifying their own behavior, to leave the main Family are subtly re-directed to “nature preserves” of imperfect life on islands. These, however, have been put in place by the programmers as a place to isolate trouble-making Family members. The top minds among the outcasts are further manipulated into joining the programmers to help them maintain the equilibrium in the “perfect” world of UniComp and The Family. (emphasis mine)
Just Disengage
Clever way to recruit the brightest minds by seeing who can navigate their way out of the matrix and then be there to congratulate and enlist them. That’s virtually how it already works now in the secret societies and agencies. Potential candidates are groomed, watched and harvested as they make their way up through the ranks. That’s how they fill their positions. Nothing new really.
But this book is a heck of a good metaphor for how they could also do the same to the alternative movement, or pick off unsuspecting individuals.
Something to think about.
Choose your passageways carefully if you’re going to engage the beast.
Better yet, transcend the whole game. Disconnect and stop complying with any of their machinations. These movements are designed to draw you back into the matrix mechanisms which all lead to the New World Order they think they’re so cleverly sliding into place.
The way to starve the beast is to stop feeding it.
Epilogue
Think about it. Don’t be fooled or tooled by anyone…including me. Think for yourself and investigate carefully. Don’t join or trust anything just because others have either. Be sovereign and conscious.
Remember, meteoric rising movements with little or no opposition are almost always planted. Otherwise they would get nowhere and in a hurry.
Investigate and stay conscious. Don’t let your emotions run away with you. We are having an amazing effect on world consciousness and behavior and it’s growing exponentially, whatever methods of expression you use. Just be sure something you invest your heart and energy in isn’t a diversion.
And don’t despair. Be encouraged.

Way to go Zen! I was not aware of this movement, but you have done a great job of bringing light to the commonly unasked/unanswered questions.
Also, your writing style is evolving. Whether you realize it or not, a strong force grows inside of you with each and every word. Hi Zen, Wow! Glad you took the effort to look at OPPT, it was a wonderful concept when I first saw it come up on one of the other blogs I follow, but then I started noticing things… The numbers – the dates that they were issued… it started to smell a bit fishy, unfortunately others not noticing dont realise that they’re being sucked into an energy grab. Disclosure 1111.1, and the 1776 reference (supposedly US based although I hadn’t connected with the Adam Weishaupt date until you mentioned it). The legalese scares me, including the new introduced definitions – sounds to me like they’re expanding the legalese dictionary to encompass new paradigm words for additional usurpation. I would rather be than BE. Like I am me not ME. Wasn’t the caps thing about control? Perhaps the escape out of here is less legalese, not more.
Do you understand? I do not, but I can comprehend.

The documents are packed full of inconsistencies. Look at the CVAC financial filing doc. Right in it it states the intent, top of page 2. They’ve incorporated “the perpetuity” and called it a “governing CVAC”. Also look at their oaths documents. Notice the red fingerprints, it’s based on an ancient occult blood-letting ritual that binds your body and soul to the terms of the document.
There’s more, they claim to be light beings. I dug into it and that’s based on the ancient belief in an archangel called Lamael or Lumiel, the supposed barer of the light of the source who will one day return as the second coming of Christ, likely on a Tuesday. OPPT announced that they had freed humanity from the evil corporations, govs and bankers on December 25, 2012, also a Tuesday.
Oh yeah, Lamael is also said to manifest itself in reality as a creature with the body of a lion and head of man. Sphinyx anyone? The most famous Sphinyx I know of is in front of the pyramids at Giza.
PS, look at the People’s Trust logo, notice any pyramids? Notice the halo on the center of the three light beams? Notice the words “People’s Trust” at the bottom of the dark pyramid, in the shadow it casts?
Their symbolism and rituals reveal everything about them
Oh and I’ll add this: In the press release or announcement they made saying they freed humanity from their peril on the anniversary of the christian saviour’s birthday, top of page two they mention a digital currency of some sort. I could go on and on about all I’ve found in their own documents alone. But I’ll summarize it by saying this:
This is, without a doubt in my mind, the NWO everyone has been talking about for years now. From the one world government, religion, currency, the symbolism, the roots in ancient occult beliefs, the dates, the biblical parallels… everything screams NWO and Illuminati.
PS: The contradictions between what they say and do … the CVAC centers are said to be “interim governments” to help ease the transition to the new paradigm. “the perpetuity” in the “governing CVAC”‘s fininancial filing with the US gov doesn’t appear very interim to to me. Interim and perpetual are the opposite.
Look for and listen for contradictions between what they say and do. That’s how the illuminati and NWO was discovered and exposed.
One more thing and I’ll stop unless somebody replies. The dates. Christmas day has already been used. On the globalfactradio show on blogtalkradio, a source close to OPPT said there’s a major announcement coming March 21, 2013, which happens to be the equinox and a date said to be the date of ascention, or “separating the wheat from the chaff” by ufoligists and other groups.
For believers, what better way to look powerful than to cherrypick important dates in one’s belief system to solidify that power. For non-believers who choose to shield their mind from the beliefs of others like I do, it’s apparent what’s really going on.
Thanks, Paul. Confirms a lot. They didn’t pass the sniff test from the get go and you found a lot of confirmations within the “documents” they so boast about. When someone passes the threshold as a “believer” then the language of the cult takes hold, as they’ve checked reason and full objectivity at the door. You can tell by the zeal of the weaker believers who’ve been ranting against this post. They pile into this stuff wanting to believe, and that’s the mechanism every religion and belief system uses.
Fine, people can take whatever form of political or whatever action they want, but when they rope me in without my knowledge or agreement with these esoteric inferences and quasi-legal mumbo jumbo and then condemn me for not “getting on board”, they’ve stepped on my tail. And I will fight with everything in me and more for my spiritual, mental and personal freedom, and that of others potentially getting conned by some spiritually and politically usurping self ordained authority. Hasn’t everyone seen enough of this stuff to recognize the symptoms? My oh my.
Nice work. They’ve been challenging me to “read the documents” which I have no time or desire to do, and you’ve looked and found just what I would have suspected and more. Besides the legal spinnings, the occult stuff is a dead giveaway. I can only assume they’ve been handed this script to follow as it has all the trappings of another new agey, NWO ploy.

Thankyou for writing about this manipulative group. I knew it was hogwash from the first time I encountered people ranting about it on website comments. “It’s all over!” they would say. “We won! Stop worrying about everything!” they would say. Sounded like crazy-sales talk. We can’t fix a faulty system by utilizing the lawyers (liars) trained within that system and its built-in rules.

Mechanism to do something seems to overrule where the mechanism came from and is going. Human nature? That’s why we need to go by our true, conscious nature. Not “natural” after all, eh?

I would like to comment that when one refers to true nature, I immediately think of purity and not the animus of the physical body and built in ego. Language…it sure gets in the way…especially when we all have different internal associations with each word based on our personal life experiences. I find myself having to regularly define and premise those ‘catch’ words seemingly more often these days. It’s a scary place if you use the wrong word:)

100% liable you say? Then look up what “Without Prejudice” means and carefully read the docs objectively. They use the phrase a lot to minimize their liability, which is kind of antithetical within the context of what they’re preaching.

I’ve been following and reading the hype put out by the OPPT. Heather never gives any clear information or clear answers… And we are all supposed to somehow be worth “$ 5 Billion” (nice of her to decide that), that is going to magically appear through the “CVACs” after we “oppt-in” and “be” and “do”… None of it is clear or concise…. And if “all the corporations have been foreclosed on”.. Then where am I supposed to get my cell phone and internet service lol…it all seems like malarky to me to. I do believe planetary abundance and prosperity is going to manifest and exist in the new paradigm we are creating and entering, but I dont believe it is coming through the OPPT. Vagueness, hype and fighting the current system set of red flags for me. The old system will collapse and be replaced by a new, higher dimensional paradigm, and my intuition tells me to steer clear of OPPT. Our intuition is always right!

I have done quite some research on the legal system and wrote an article about the essential difference between common law and Roman type civil law, which is the authority under which the legal system operates. The civil law system is organised top-down and thus you have by definition a ruler. The common law system is organised bottom-up and it derives it’s authority directly from We, The people:

Now my research shows that under current international Roman type Civil Law virtually ALL Kings or Kingdoms – governments or states in modern language – are operated under the authority c.q. sovereignty of the Pope as the mediator between We, The People and God. So, in order to claim the freedom of all people on the planet, you most of all have to circumvent the (ultimate) authority of the Pope, which is a mere mediator between us and God. And ultimately, the supposed authority of the Pope is a self-appointed authority, which is based on a falsification, the Donation of Constantine.
The way I see it, the OPPT at it’s very core invalidated the authority of the Pope and thus, by extension, of the whole Roman type Civil law system. It claims that we as a people have no one to answer to but ourselves and the creator and are essentially bound to common law, which is exactly the jurisdiction under which not only the United States but also the (former) Dutch Batavian and French Republics have been founded, even though the latter two have been overthrown by the defeat of Napoleon. Interestingly, the legal entitity “Batavian Republic” still exists. It has essentially been occupied by a foreign entity, the Kingdom of The Netherlands, which derives it’s authority from the “holy and individed trinity” a.k.a. “the Vatican” and/or “The Pope”.
So, IMHO the OPPT is essentially a global declaration of independence and a bill of rights. And since the declarations by the above mentioned republics were legally valid, I see no reason why this one would not be legally valid. Yes, these republics filed their declarations in a different way, basically by publishing it and/or noticing their previous ruler which would be some king, but that does not mean that the way the OPPT published their declaration is invalid.
Now of course, no one asked for your permission when founding any of the above mentioned republics. However, none of these take away anything from you, especially regarding your rights. All they do is declare you to be free and answerable only to the creator. What you do with those rights is totally up to you.
In other words: the whole thing is most of all an idea. And the idea is that all people are created equal and free.
And I believe this is going to work, if only because of what Vicor Hugo said: “Nothing is as powerful as an idea whose time has come.”

A ruler, which has NO RIGHT to grant us anything which is already ours to begin with. Our BIRTHRIGHTS have been granted to us by our Creator, which indeed is one an the same idea on which the United States has been founded.
And thus it is indeed nothing new. All that happend is that this idea has been re-worded and re-claimed within a new document and under a new legal entity which did not exist in the 1700′s.
If ever get a chance to ask the Creator ,, ask him /her / it ? if we can get a copy of our “BIRTHRIGHTS”? I would love have a clear understanding of my rights at birth ..what about no rights and just living ? with out the contracts and with love with respect for all live.

To me, that comes very close to “love with respect for all live.”

Harsh unsubstantiated criticisms like this are just as suspicious as solutions offered like OPPT. I’m reserving my judgement on it at the moment. It’s sensible to remain discerning and questioning. I think they have some issues with the design of their movement which I’ve expressed in other comments. Also why do people have to opt in? If it is something they’ve done already for everyone and we’re all free then what are we opting in to? I know about the OPPT for about 1 or 2 months now. Merely based on the overall impression I got of it rather than based on excellent inside-out knowledge, I had an odd gut feeling about it from the start which hasn’t disappeared so far. This morning there was a bit of a discussion about it at my website worldmathaba.net after someone posted the link to this article, so here are my two cents on it:
“I’ve read Zen Gardner’s article in its entirety now and in my opinion he has some valid points in general regarding movements, the main reason why they arise – frustration over watching the world being crushed with seemingly so few practical ways we can fight this – and the dangers movements may hold. The biggest danger may be the danger of movements, organizations and groups forcing people to compromise their views so the group can present themselves as a ‘united front’. Because if they don’t appear as ‘united’, they feel like, and fear, they automatically will appear as ‘weak’. So many organizations after all aim to exist of a group of clones who say and think whatever suits the desire for unity and that way individuals become prisons of the mind, again.
If the OPPT is or isn’t such kind of organization, I guess we will find out from its ‘fruits’. Personally I’m quite reluctant to brand a movement as truthful or false, reliable or fake, especially when it still is in a stage of development like the OPPT. But in general the results of their actions will show quite clearly if a movement is sincere or hijacked by the same forces they say they fight. It likely in the end depends on how far they are willing to go, meaning are they willing to go far enough. To me it appears that an organization like Wikileaks goes far but not far enough, as they do not fully turn against the Zionist regime, which makes them suspect. Same with what has become of the Green Movement (the environmental one), they did a lot of good but they also hesitated and pulled back when it came to new/real science and thus in the end became more dysfunctional than something else. Let’s therefore see if the OPPT is willing to go all the way.
Despite of what I said about the dangers of movements, I certainly acknowledge the necessity of getting together. It is essential that same-minded people work in groups for support and to find and share information. If this however means you have to let go on your own instincts and intuition, it is better not to join the group. Which brings me to Mr Gardner’s statement saying,
“I feel hijacked. They roped in me, you, and everyone else on the planet… including the Creator… just like that. Where did they get that permission? Didn’t get mine. Pretty presumptuous if you ask me.”
I understand what he means, and I think many will feel like that if they are approached in a way that doesn’t differ too much from how religious sects and other fanatics approach people, because it in some way underestimates or even humiliates a person’s autonomy – or at least that is how it will come across to many. Do people who feel that way have an ego problem, do they actually resist the fact that we indeed are all one, don’t they want to be “roped in” because of no other reason than fear of losing what they consider as their own precious sovereign identity? Probably all true. Still it is the organization’s obligation to be as open-minded and in the deepest sense as free as possible when it comes to the way they approach ‘outsiders’; any form of force and any form of branding people (“you are X, you part of Y and you (therefore) should act like Z”) should be avoided in order to make them be able to continue to be who they are.
In conclusion, let’s see how the OPPT will act towards people or other movements that don’t agree or only partially agree with them, especially when such people or movements in principle share the same goal. It is often telling from either generous or hostile behaviour (“after all we seem to have similar intentions so let’s be happy for each other” versus “you are fake!/liars!/traitors!”) how erudite a person, group or movement is, which also tells a lot about the sincerity of their goals.”
Seeing all your opinions why dont you roll your dam sleeves up and come up with something better because regardless of whether you OPPT IN or NOT at the very least it may of inspired some people to think outside of the box. Personally I am tired of sitting in the box if anything regardless of if I follow or not it has given people something to discuss about where our world is at and who is controlling it not everyone is aware so instead of ignoring everything happening in this control system most of us would like to see the shift. If we all stopped picking the eyes out of everything that comes out and work towards going forward we might have a hope in hell kind of tired of so much discussing everyone should get off their ass and do something otherwise I think silence is in order. We are all lazy waiting for someone else to wipe our asses.

No one who is not at or near the top of this pyramidal system can deny any of the above. The One Peoples’ Public Trust are a group of likeminded individuals, skilled in law and finance, who have figured out a way to have the banks relinquish their control of our assets; there was no rebuttal to the filings because the banks would have to prove that they had in fact lent you money they just made up, backed by no tangible asset (actually human labour,) and admit they were in fact liars, crooks, thieves and traitors. I am still learning and by no means skilled in these particular topics, but i do have an enquiring mind, and a rebellious, independent spirit.
The lawful universal common precedent has been set – the central banks and corporate governments now have no lawful basis to exist. Anyone that still believes they are working for these organisations (HSBC, Local Council, MBNA,IRS, whoever) are now acting on their own behalf, and any action they take against you will be prosecutable individually. It’s up to you to have some balls, stand up for your soveriegn entity as a human being, and use the tools that have been provided for you. OPPT has now been disbanded as an organisation; they do not want you to join them, wear a badge, or march together on Washington, London or Rome. They want you to use the tools they have provided to re-assert your ownership of your being, and stop being afraid to do so. I read Zen’s piece with interest but it has only left me more confused. I was searching for his detailed rebuttal of the OPPT or a deconstruction of their actions and assertions but couldn’t find a single one. In reality, all we have here is opinion (Zen has admitted he hasn’t read all the documents).
It is healthy to be skeptical and to question things. Dialogue and discussion can often raise issues to a new level of understanding. I have admired the writings of Zen for a long time but in this case I feel he neither enlightened us on the ‘deviousness’ of the OPPT nor has he offered practical suggestions on how we can get out of the hell-hole in which we now find ourselves.
If, as Zen opines, the OPPT is a scam, then it has backfired spectacularly on its instigators. It has woken up hundreds of thousands of people – maybe more – who would otherwise have remained asleep. It has given them a glimpse of how a free people in a free world might operate in harmony and contentment. It has given people a goal to work towards. The people will now settle for nothing less.
Until someone actually rebuts the OPPT filings I will continue to use the Courtesy Notices to assert my true status of a living soul, answerable only to my Creator, and to challenge the current powers to show their sworn, valid, and documented authority over me.
There is a legal mazim that says: “He who does not assert his rights has none.”
Please don’t refuse to take action just because you think it is a trick. If we believe that, we are saying the NWO is simply unbeatable and no action of ours will be good enough. We will be made impotent by our own fear. If this is a scam, it moves us onto higher ground where more of us will join the fight.

On the accolades of Mr Winston Shrout. WHO made him the supreme expert? I ask because i followed his line of thought/ideas for years. I filed UCC docs in as he taught and thought it was all hunky dory. when i went through my own foreclosure like millions of others. EVERYTHING I recorded into the county was erased by the judges pen. ZIP. GONE. bye bye, So much for recording the UCC. So who is right and who is wrong? Filing, recording, ink on paper, yadda yadda. Remember this opinions are just that, opinions and worth zip. Edna, you are exactly right. Energy drain! There are over 100 comments on this page already. All the blather about OPPT – what’s really going on while we’re watching THIS show?
One of the big problems with the OPPT is that the people involved are not explaining what it means in a lucid and coherent way, as Zen points out, especially to those who have not yet made a thorough study of maritime law vs common law, the legal-corporate system, etc.
Heather Tucci-Jarraf has said that the people involved in drafting the UCC filing were very precise in regard to the terms that they have used, but “the people” need to simply “feel” its truth. Thus it seems that “the people” are meant to take it on faith, by simply feeling its veracity and validity, i.e., to accept it intuitively, almost like a religion – don’t worry about the details too much.
Why then are so many of us feeling precisely the opposite, as testified by most of the comments here – that something doesn’t feel quite right about the OPPT?
Here’s perhaps a couple more reasons why I feel suspicious of it:
The “CVACS System” in the OPPT definitions is “registered as “GOVERNMENT”. Since this trust involves every “Be’ing” on the planet the CVACS System is, therefore, a global system of “GOVERNMENT” – a form of global government. Which, forgive me if I’m mistaken, is what the anti-human, anti-life, psycopathic cabal have been trying to establish all along. Now, through a simple UCC filing the deed is done – The cabal must be kicking themselves for not thinking of it first! It’s far easier than trying to take over the world by conquest.
Other terms they’ve used like “Bondservant” are likewise suspect. I don’t even wish to acknowledge a creator as an “authority” above my sacred Self, if “The Creator” is defined as Yaweh or Allah or the Christian God.
There’s also been some mention that if you don’t put value into the (CVACS) system you will get nothing out of the system, which sounds a bit like the Marxist, “From each according to his ability, to each according to his need (or needs)”. So, if you’re an artist, say, working quietly towards your own salvation, you don’t count in this new system of world government, since you’re not contributing to it. If you are an outsider – be warned you may be earmarked for elimination as a non-productive, non-contributive member of global society.
Thanks for giving us your intuition on this. Zen. We must all remain vigilant and be eternally suspicious of anything being offered as a cure-all solution at this time.

I will just say that I will keep an open mind on this. If the OPPT can explain themselves better and prove by action that they have successfully foreclosed the debt-slavery system and we are now free to be whatever we wish, that this is a necessary stepping stone to the new paradigm of freedom and abundance, and not another form of government, of slavery, then great…..at least now the idea that the present slave system is illegitimate is out there….and we do need some means of letting slave-masters know that we ain’t buying their tyranny any more. They are the fiction. We are the reality.

Did I say I understand it? Please point out the exact place where I said this. I was making a point viz. that if one does not completely understand something and wants to provide an opinion on it the honest thing to do would be to find out all there is to find out about it, study the information and understand it as comprehensively as possible and only then provide one’s opinion on it. This can take time and effort especially if it is something of great significance and complexity. I’m not sure how much time and effort you spent before providing your opinion. And after spending all this time and effort you still don’t understand it, the honest thing to do would be to refrain from providing your opinion. Honesty is vital. Look where dishonesty has gotten the world. And Winston Shrout? He starts out by saying that he is not going to say it is right or wrong but feels that there are things that could be done to strengthen the effort / position. But it seems that he too has not made an in-depth study of all the available information but nonetheless feels fit to provide his opinion. I think it’s time we all stood together to finally bring this domination of humanity to an end once and for all. Unless that is not what you want you want of course.
Here’s a suggestion. To clear up any misunderstanding / lack of understanding you and Winston may have regarding the OPPT perhaps you should speak with the trustees directly – and on record. I think it is important that you do.

What is so disappointing is the so called people for truth in the truth “movement” behind this. Feeling hi-jacked and duped are the accurate words in the article and brought everything back to reality. We’ll be seeing more revealed and exposed. Just keep questioning. If a person is not allowed to question or even the right to express their own counter-feelings, their own opinions and to be left alone, not to mention the non-stop persuading, cajoling, hooking very honest people in the forcefulness of the agenda (it really feels like sales pitch and the guilt tripping that comes along with it) – then something is not right nor honest. Real deals don’t require this much subtle coercion, otherwise this would be called stepping over personal boundaries. True and real freedom allows each individual their own path, not this collective co-ercion under the guise of freedom. The real truth is always very simple and always reveals itself. Never, ever forced.
I totally agree. We have to be very discerning and anyone who comes up with something like this needs to understand that it must come under careful scrutiny. It must be able to stand up to a great deal of intelligent questioning. If it is a good honest system that will be revealed in due course.

Trustees hold property for persons. Persons are not free. Persons can be corporations, associations, partnerships, conservatorships. Persons are statutory. UCC is statutory. One who has discernment would not trade one system of control that places the ‘People’ in a submissive role of ‘person’, with another system of control that of their ‘freewill’ they agree to pass the paperwork to agree to be the ‘person’.
We have the right and power to play any role we want to. These days computers have the ability to type any message and have any persona on the internet and be considered a person. A computer can be pumping these ideas because when it boils down to it, the computer doesn’t care if it gets $5 billion dollars and it’s not experiencing the controls the living is experiencing.
Taking names as belonging to real People on the internet and believing those names have ‘read the docs’ and ‘know with whom they deal’, is a decision each of us make, and these new times One may find their self enjoining something that is a lifetime commitment.
OPPT can’t claim to own anything that is already owned. If One listened to any of the UCADIA information, you’d find these same claims of ownership were written on human skin by other organizations that beat OPPT for the first in line, first in time notice of symbolic control.
We are born free; we are oppressed. Trespassed against. That’s why the future oppression needs the People who will enjoin to do so of their free will. That’s my opinion. I speak for the Creator in me.

The OPPT simply spells out an individual’s sovereignty. Your rights, as a human, period, just for existing. Funny this can be misconstrued. It can take a while to sink in, but I highly recommend giving it some thought.
Who has the rights to you? This answer should be very very easy, yet did you have to think about it? May also be worth considering what your personal definition of freedom is. What does it mean to be truly free?

One thing I’ve noticed with some of the OPPT detractors is: “I haven’t read the docs, but…”. Incomplete data on a subject, makes it easy for one to believe that they have lodged an effective argument against it.
But that’s not my main point.
Once you read and understand the OPPT UCC filings, there’s a certain clarity about what one difference is between the “old paradigm” and what the OPPT is building: Personal accountability and responsibility. For thought and deed.
The old system offers it’s adherents a level of plausible deniability.
It reminds me of the old Flip Wilson bit: “The devil made me do it”. There’s comfort in: “I cannot be held responsible for my thoughts and deeds, because I was forced to be that way.”
Motivation is internal, and not necessarily observable by a person’s actions. Two identical acts of kindness, by two different people, can be motivated by very different emotions. That are not necessarily always purely, unselfishly kind. Only the people themselves can know what motivated them.
If a person is motivated by competition against his/her peers, to prove their worthiness to themselves through others. Actions could still be manifested to seem compassionate on some level. The main difference between “service to self” and “service to others” is the emotional motivation. The actions could be identical.
What’s missing from the OPPT language, is the offer to hide behind a lack of personal liability for one’s thoughts/motivations. Which is supplied and encouraged by the current system.
That language of personal liability, wouid not resonate with someone who finds comfort in being able to claim external inducement to compete with others, in some way. Unlimited personal liability for thought and deed, would be a frightening thing to many.
Because the plausible deniability of being emotionally self motivated into competition with others, is missing.

Well written. May I add, despite the OPPT’s claims, UCC, upon which they “founded” the whole”trust” is in fact United States Federal Law and NOT international law. Now, this means, even IF any of their claims proves to be true, it would only ever stand true within the United States and NOT internationally. I have sent a rather exhaustive email to all the “trustees”, detailing exactly this. I’m still waiting for an answer, although I know the email has been opoened by at least Caleb Skinner (his email programme sent back the requested note on reding it).
I will publish the whole of the communications between us, if I ever get a reply (or after a while, my email, if I don’t). I am also working on an article debunking the UCC “myth” at the moment, could send you a copy to post here. I would also like to ask for permission if I could use parts of your excellent discussion here on my blog.

I used to enjoy visiting American Kabuki blog… it’s a shame that it has been hijacked by the OPPT proponents in recent times.
The OPPT ‘movement’ is nothing more than delusional fantasy, from the fertile imagination of certain new age dreamers (that’s you I’m talking about Ms Tucci-Jarraf). Certainly, I too would also like to see debts forgiven and bankster crooks thrown into jail. But it’s not going to happen with some legalese template documents.
One of the first filings that I read had the legal term “without prejudice” used in it. Now I had had a suit filed on me once with a creditor in which I contested and subsequently won that used this term. It was explained to me that it actually means the opposite of what you might think it does. It actually means that the creditor COULD come back and continue the legal proceedings against me at a future date. So a judgement in my favor Without Prejudice is not the better one. So a motion filed “without prejudice” means the corporation filed upon CAN come back at a later date for fur further action. I looked at that and wondered why a professed legal “expert” would have used that term in that manner. The further writings have been so strangely written, with a bunch of pseudo made up terms, mixed with legal ease that it really turned me off. AND, in an interview in which I heard the presenter make a quick (and almost apologetic) reference to the “computer global monetary system” the red flag became sheet size. Well, I do not resonate myself with this. If I am wrong, then I am wrong. Results will tell the tale and we all should be alert,
I looked at OPPT briefly. I listened to an interview where they described everyone being hooked up to a central ‘council’ for their region and those councils all being a network across the globe. I thought ‘YIKES’. You are kidding me! That’s called freedom? No way! It sounded like what we already are and worse. I don’t like the terms ‘one people’, ‘the common good’ and who would determine what the common good is? These ideas are actually fictions and seem dangerous to me. There is no ‘one people’, ‘one voice’ or ‘a common good’. That’s pretty obvious to those seeking liberty. So I became suspicious too. I looked at their documents to be used to sort out ‘issues’ or ‘disputes’ with others and I thought that system looked quite good. However I would need to study their documents in depth. I agree that they do not provide clear explanations and use a lot of very vague language and so it is very difficult to understand this idea. I think they need a much more indepth explanation. Also it’s all very well to get out of a licence fee or duty but how do you actually stop the govt. taxing your salary. I don’t think they’ve worked that out yet. I think if I served a courtesy notice on my employer informing them that they are stealing from my salary in order to pay an imposter govt. I would have no job in the morning. There is no explanation as to how the world will transition to a new system. I think something a lot more transitionary needs to be worked out. They say this is the CVAC system (the networked thing) but I don’t see that as being the anser.
See, that’s how we get there. Good questions all of them. We’re sharing our hearts and that’s a good thing.
Combie you didn’t even listen to WHY there was a discussion about CVACs. You don’t even know what they are supposed to do. The “councils” are made of people who contract to be absolutely transparent, and be liable for their actions if they harm anyone in their service. It is a position of service, not of “politics”. The job of a CVAC system is to make available the value that the people have, freely without limit.
With regard to your comment about things not being very clear, I completely disagree. First off, nothing is set in stone. The CVAC system principle is just to get it up and running, and then in 90 days review the process to see if it is serving the people. All that is unlcear is how we the people will handle all this. But it is up to us.
The network thing you thinking of is the people, connected. We power the CVAC system. We are the CVACs. We are the value. The system is just there to make it all happen, with transparency as its foundation. Read the filings on CVAC. Understand from the inside out, the requirements. You will have a new appreciation for what is being suggested.

Oh my goodness, such misunderstandings in the comments, it is awful. I am pro-OPPT. And I am because I diligently read every document (do it out loud if you need, it helps to understand the energy), and I have listened to EVERY radio show both for, and against the OPPT, that I could find. In other words, I’ve put in over 60 hours worth of audio listening alone, plus all the reading. OPPT resonates with me in a huge way. At first, I had many skeptical questions, but as I asked them they were answered in kind. I didn’t have to ask out loud, but when they were on my mind, it seemed like the answers came just when I needed them to, on time, in exactly the way I needed to hear at the time. Resonance and synchronicity.
Let’s get through a few simple truths. There are things OPPT is, and things it is not. KNOWING (in caps, comes from within) the difference between what people think it is vs. what it really is, is a huge first step in understanding. One must also realize that you do NOT have to file anything, unlike what some of the posters here assume or believe. The “paperwork” is already done. Its finished. All you need to do now is BE.
You no doubt have heard the concept recently, about being a “junkyard dog”. Are you guarding the old, obsolete and foreclosed slavery system? If so, why?
OPPT is about the people, not the trustees. They are also just one of the people. It has been made quite clear that they seek no money, nor fame, nor any other thing other than what we all rightfully deserve, which is absolute equality and freedom. Who of you wants to deny the world that? Have a better solution? GREAT! Rebut the filings line by line with specificity and detail, and put out your solution. Until then, how about letting all that energy that you are spending on disliking the ONE thing that has the legs to take down the hydra, and instead become part of the solution?
Transparency and absolute liability for one’s actions is not a bad thing, folks. That’s what OPPT brings. If you, Zen or another commenter here, have an issue with OPPT I recommend you rebut the filings and go with what you feel is right. Complaining about the problem on here is like shouting at the wind. For me, I feel it IS right, and that is after spending many, many hours studying all of this to the point of being very comfortable with all that is going on, behind the curtain and in our faces.

I feel I need to address the “One People” thing.
I saw a few comments stating they don’t like the idea of “one people”. Heather and the trustees follow the truth they have come to KNOW. That truth is that we are all One. All just one being, of the creator. The Law of One goes into great detail about this, and some KNOW this, some haven’t yet got it. Nobody can make you understand (KNOW) this truth. It is something you must come to on your own. Such is the Service to Others path. The recognition of the oneness within all of us, what makes us one, and what it means to be one. That to harm another means I’m harming myself. And that to serve another serves me too.
OPPT will be very hard to follow for those that haven’t yet achieved this level of oneness understanding. May I suggest first reading all you can on the Law of One, and then maybe get back to OPPT after the KNOWING comes to you regarding oneness? That, or just sit back and watch everything unfold in front of you, without judgement due to partial information.

I’ve been following the whole OPPTing from both sides, and as many others have articulated here in the comments there seems to be too many inconsistencies or ‘red flags’. The fervour of those using peer-pressure and other manipulation techniques to cajole all us wayward sheep to follow the shepherd is reaching physically tangible levels, if OPPT-fervour were a personality it would certainly be deemed to be passive-aggressive in its social interactions. As i said at the start ‘truth fears no question’, if OPPT is a ‘key’ then is value will become apparent by its fruit. I still feel that reaching the minds, hearts and spirits of those that ‘enforce’ the machine upon us is the greater key, All this contracting-with-the-machine-type double-speak has that aroma of the new world odour.

This is my first time on your blog having discovered it via Google searches for “OPPT”.
Congratulations on one of the most refreshing and coherent blogs I have read for a long time. Except for one or two jokers, the comments/replies are well thought out and often provide additional food for thought.
I have tried to read (and understand) the OPPT documents but like so many others, I have failed. The reason is simple – I/we don’t understand LEGALESE.
This bring me to the point of my comment:
Why should we have to understand LEGALESE in the first place? I say that LEGALESE was deliberately developed by the PTB for the purpose of controlling/enslaving the “uneducated” people. The same goes for MONEY, INSTITUTIONALISED RELIGION and POLITICS all of which are “belief systems”.
It would be great if someone came up with a quick fix to the NWO problem but I don’t think there will ever be one. Instead I offer the following plan of action which may or may not work:
GLOBAL ACTION:
1. Institute Common Law everywhere by all people signing an internet based register accepting the law of “DO NO HARM”.
2. Stop paying ALL taxes.
3. Stop obeying ALL statutes (Maritime Admiralty Law).
4. Stop using FIAT money. (This one will probably be the most difficult to achieve)
5. All authority will revert to the people (individual sovereignty). People will cooperate with each other in local communities and these in turn will cooperate with each other.
METHODS:
1. Select an action date, say, six months from now, when all participants will start taking action simultaneously.
2. Get as many people involved and committed as possible. If a critical mass (> 50%) of people have not yet signed on by the action date, extend it.
3. How to end the money system: On the action date:
a) Everyone doing productive work (farmers, shopkeepers, factory workers, scientists, plumbers, teachers, housewives etc.) should keep on doing whatever they were doing. (This is very important. If too many people stop working, a lot of people will starve).
b) All people doing administrative work (accountants, politicians, lawyers, clerks, government employees, priests, kings, queens etc.) will no longer have jobs so they will have to find productive work to do. This will greatly relieve the work load of already productive people.
c) Instead of paying money for goods & services, pay with thanks, hugs, kisses, nice words etc.
d) Over time, there will probably be a huge change in the way people live and interact with each other. Who knows what this will lead to?
4. All current police officers will take an oath of office as PEACE OFFICERS. These people will be needed to maintain the future peace, especially during the implementation stage.
5. Local communities will set up their own Common Law Courts to provide real justice for the people.
That’s it in a nutshell. I know this sounds fanciful, utopian, unworkable or maybe even insane and I know I am inviting ridicule and maybe even hate speech. I actually don’t care!
These are my own views and I share them with whoever resonates with them.

I totally agree Lanson. I had a meeting with a few of the OPPT members just this past weekend and smmothed out a lot of misconceptions that were lingering. There is a possible chance in the coming weeks that the 1st CVAC will come on line, but yet to have confirmation. It is funny how as soon as people hear that there is money allocated for everyone, the question they ask is where is it. If you ask this you have missed the point. Also there will be a cover letter to go with the Coutesy Notice That incorporates clause 61 of the Magna Carta. Essentially this is exactly the same as what the OPPT have done but it will give some people a better understanding about what all this really means for them. Peace Love and Good Energy to you.
What I find interesting is pro oppt commenters seem very angry that people don’t just roll over and accept their vague and hard to understand documents. Also, anyone telling people to “understand” a legal document is giving very dangerous legal advice. In Legalese, the word understand has a lot of meanings, one of which is “agree.” The various definitions are used in courts based on the situations to try and establish intent. Remember, everyone, reading the docs and saying you understand then can be interperted as informed consent. Under common law, you’re 100% responsible for your actions.

The video is a bit long but clear from the outset what the objectives of the OPPT appear to be. I’m going to wait for further information to make an informed choice.
This reminds me of the Drake thing. I’ve noticed it is the same web bloggers who fall for this stuff. Think KP, AK, etc etc. Those who follow Wilcock, Drake, Poof, Ben, Nidle, Quinsey, et al. TPTB clearly now know which bloggers are gullible enough to help spread their disinfo. Most of these bloggers consider themselves “lightworkers” and “focus on the positive”. They are now touting Heather as a ‘higher dimensional being’…lol. You can’t make this stuff up.
They don’t take money but are well funded. They don’t post legitimate questions or concerns. Only a “lawyer” might understand the counter intuitive legal wording while we are asked to read it all; just feel it, “get it”. It asks us to “OPPT-in”; where as the smart legal strategy might more look like a “now we see you”, so now I’m opting out. Organize locally, no permission necessary.

… but if anyone were to ask me about oppt – I don’t know. When I first heard about oppt my first thought was “I didn’t give anyone consent to act on my behalf. My free will is being over ridden, just like in the society that we are releasing at this time.” My second thought was “What is this publicity with ‘foreclosed’ stamped across peoples faces? Surely this is the seperatist energy that we are releasing at this time!” my third thought when the web page oppt-in was created was “oppt- in: like to opt in to simething? like a club? no thanks. And if it’s just a misnomer why hasn’t anyone seen or recognised it as such and changed the name?”
p.s. also when I tried to comment on any of the blogs and sites that promote oppt I was unable because I wasn’t a member of that site or blog. Seems strange to me that if they are working for the good and benefit of everyone that everyone’s comments are censored. ..

Thanks Michael–points out the real issue. Serious questioning is always a right, not a grant. When someone has serious questions they should be able to share them, in a constructive atmosphere. It may not appear to be constructive to what’s being analyzed but so what? Where’s the integrity in what’s being initiated and proponed to be such a grand solution then? That’s the issue, and a very serious one. It should be considered helpful and addressed with respect, no matter how it rankles them if we’re dealing with a real deal.
