  My heart feels so open right now that I’m sharing a poem that came on the wind on a day like today. It’s about a state of mind and body both encompassing and yet lifting above duality. Read it slowly and let the rhythm and the paradoxes take you high.

  Darkest light
  Icy fire
  Gentlest might
  Infinite hour
  Sail my smiling through

  Flower, bud and seed
  Timeless hour
  Held yet freed
  Gentlest power

  Both lord and lady of the cell
  Universe that in rising, fell
  Old as the sea spray
  Young as the hills

  In being: the child of my son
  Daughter of light

  Flesh form ranges
