Thanks for posting this just listened to it today. Also watched Arthur Cristians commentaries on you tube and I have to say that both are relevant. I was taken in by OPPT at first but it always sounded too good to be true. Some have said that you need to heat the OPPT statements read aloud to get the power of them. Someone has posted that on You Tube and it sounds to me like a religious sermon. So In conclusion I think this is the New World religion combined with commerce all wrapped up as ‘the solution’….AVOID…!
Hey Zen, I’m a consistent reader of your site and enjoy your insightful articles and your take on a great number of things. But, I have to say I’m disappointed to see you coming out against OPPT. I don’t get how someone can “bash” someone else who’s trying to do good for others. I’ve listened to most of the radio shows and read the filings and other docs and I “get” what’s been done for us. There is nothing or no body to follow or to sign. How can this be a “trap” that we’re told to be fearful of and to stay away from? I’m not looking for a debate or argument, but I just thought you would be behind something that’s about Freedom. I don’t recall Heather EVER saying she was above “us” or telling us to do this or that, except to just be. Anyway, sorry to rant, but I wanted to let you know how your article felt. I respect your writing style and appreciate all you do but I think you’ve let more than a few of your readers down with how you’ve come out against OPPT and now posting this interview when Winston clearly hasn’t even read the doc’s and Heather has offered a response and offered to talk with him and he’s refused. How is that helping? Sounds like we should just stay as is and not try to work together to make this world better. Better to name call and take your ball and go home. You’re not seeing this clearly yet. It’s not either or, Michael. That’s why the forceful proponents of this need serious checking, as in hockey. Assuming all of us into their paradigm is one of the biggest problems, and now followers feel those who don’t follow are out of it. Dead giveaway, but maybe you haven’t been down that road yet. Keep looking. My reaction and that of many others was precipitated by their assumptive initiative, and we don’t like it. Does that make us out of it?
No more out of it than those who doubt claim people who do “get it”, don’t “get it” . You’re entitled to your opinion as I am mine. I don’t mind being included in something that is for the good of all. I prefer inclusiveness, not exclusiveness when I feel it’s for the good of all. I also am noticing the tone from the one’s who say it’s a sham is abrasive and the energy feels low and the language is full of curse words to express their points. I don’t resonate with any of that anymore. I used to, but not anymore. I pray for all our sake OPPT is legit and will do all I can to spread the word to others that this may be the key that opens the door to True Freedom. I will stand with any “movement” that looks to achieve Peace and Freedom for All. Higher consciousness Baby. It’s not about fear, distrust and illusion of separation any longer. At some point we have to have trust in our Brothers and Sisters and I trust Heather and the others. I feel their words and energy when they write or speak. Love you too Mike. The post I wrote is born out of not wanting to be told what to believe, and to feel free to give my honest reaction, in an environment that grows increasingly alt-politically correct. You have to admit that’s the thrust/spirit of what’s going down. You may not see it cuz you’re now invested, but someone who isn’t gets the vibe real clear..like join our cult or you’re out of it. Some more than others of course, but I wanted to identify how that originated for me and how the obvious questions aren’t answered, nor is the vibe engendering nourishing an understanding that’s grounded in an easily substantiated truth, but rather an evangelical call to get on board despite your unanswered questions kind of thing.
If you read the other comments you’ll see I’m not alone. And if you don’t think I’m for every possible conscious means to bring in the true reality and end this bullshit then you haven’t read much of my stuff.

Gotcha, Zen. No hard feelings either way. I’ve always been an independent person and independent thinker, as I’m sure you’ve been. I’ve never gotten the feeling of a cult or evangelical speak, so to speak. I do see some that see things this way and I respect their opinion and honor their thoughts. In no way am I disrespecting you or anyone else who doesn’t feel OPPT is True. As I said, I’m not trying to convince you or argue with you. But, Zen, I have read MUCH of your writings and they’ve had a beautiful impact on me personally. I know others respect you for your words and style at expressing the best in conscious evolution as well as your articles that point out the wrongs in this world. Because of this, this is the only reason I wanted to let you know that many people DO believe in OPPT and what it stands for to them. Whether or not it is legit or a scam, it’s raising awareness and raising hope among certain people that can ONLY serve the greater good of awareness and understanding of how this world currently operates. If OPPT falls flat, it’s still helping to empower a great number of people to stand on their own and feel like they have Hope for the future. I wasn’t asked to participate in the current slave system, either…I don’t want to be a part of that and so I see a solution to help us all exit-stage left- from that set. For me, I KNOW this is True, because I feel it to be so. And, not only that, but I do have a “career” background as a current financial business owner and I have attorney partners who also agree on the “legalities”, so I’m grateful I have that experience to draw from as well. Again, I pray for all our sake that we can all help each other become empowered and Free….together. You’ve helped so much of my awakening and I’m Grateful in ways you can’t even know, so please know I only reach out to you with respect and Love. I’m sorry that anyone may feel offended by anyone participating to get the word out about OPPT, as I don’t get that vibe at all. I only see “volunteers” helping in all ways they can. To me, it’s a beautiful cooperative effort by people from all over the world who are coming together for the greater good. Anyway, respect, Love and Peace to you, my Brother.

Tx Mike. I understand that and appreciate your thoughtful response. Just laying out my initial concerns as I see them so take it for what you will. It was clear occupy was going to be co-opted but it was an expression that got a lot of people involved and I was excited about that. You understand there’s deeper implications on this one. The mechanics of spiritually and emotionally investing in a structured system are different. And it’s not that people may be getting offended by those participating the OPPT movement, it’s the black and white get on board or you’re out of it message. Sorry, that will never go over and unfortunately is a symptom of a deeper problem, although I understand there are novices and immature people who get carried away and all that stuff. But to be honest, conscious awareness never breeds that type of behaviour. Ego takes a back seat bigtime.
I’m happy for activism and try to inspire it as much as I can as long as it’s conscious. As far as how to express it it’s obviously up to each individual. That’s why I stress conscious awareness first, and to not let anything hijack that clear awareness of the real problem and the best route of disengagement and spreading empowering and enlightening information. It’s not legal, it’s not political, those systems are about to be swept away. It’s way more profound. The legalities are issues we have to deal with in this world, yes, especially the more we’re invested in it with possessions and businesses and real estate, if we still have much of that stuff. That’s why I advise minimal involvement, because it’s one big tar baby. You touch one thing and the other crap starts sticking and on and on.
That’s my perspective. But as I said about occupy, people will learn what happens when they express their outrage..the police state comes to the fore, you see the depth of the controllers fingers, but most of all you meet wonderful other folks like yourself who want to make a difference. That chemistry is wonderful, and I’m sure is also at play with this movement as well. I can understand why it gives a sense of empowerment. I’m not denying that feeling or sensation, I’m saying check out carefully the validity of the basic premise and the mechanism you’re subscribing to. If it passes muster for you, so be it.
But the concerns still stand. As stated. People can take them for what they will.

OPPT is a very clever Declaration of Independence. Nothing more.
It’s a question of ego. OPPT is stepping on people’s toes. It intrudes on their freedom authority.
About the logo, I see an angle in the form of pyramids coming from a dark place into light. Meaning we are breaking free from slavery. Look at the Grand Union Flag, do you see the connection? And what year was that? If you don’t like it turn it upside down and go back to slavery.

Ok seems to work now. A friend and I are having a discussion about OPPT. He is a reader of yours too, Zen. I just don’t know enough about the law to have a fixed opinion. Enforcement seems to be the largest problem. I would really like Full Disclosure. If the new pope completely opens up the Vatican Archives, that would go a long way to showing humanity the Truth. I will not take OPPT seriously until Full Disclosure is openly announced on faux news.

Why not contact Heather Tucci-Jarraf, Zen? She’s willing, as are the other trustees, to talk to anyone. She offered to speak with Shrout, but he was not interested. THAT I find suspect. Why wouldn’t someone who is purportedly THE expert want to get the info from the horse’s mouth, so to speak.
Btw, one of the other trustees, I believe it’s Caleb, has stated that OPPT is just an instrument, and one that should eventually be done away with. It’s a starting point to 1) give notice to the PTW that we, the PEOPLE, know that we have been deceived and enslaved, and that we cannot be owned or enslaved because there is no rule of authority but that which is between us and the Creator, and 2) Give the PEOPLE an instrument (through the Courtesy Notice) to personally serve notice to these corporations, the ones that each of us deal with on a day to day basis, that they have no rule of authority over us anymore, and that they will be dealing person-to-person, not corporation to corporation, with FULL responsibility and liability for our actions.

I too can’t say for sure that OPPT isn’t worthwhile, but I’ve had and expressed concern about it from the start. Here’s the problem–UCC is just a statutory system, enacted by legislatures, to give notice of different financial arrangements to other people not involved–kind of like you record a mortgage so people know the property has money owed on it. It can’t DO anything on its own–it’s a piece of paper. It has to be enforced by someone, and I’ve yet to hear who OPPT thinks is trustworthy in our system to enforce it. I won’t “OPPT” in unless that question is answered.
This really seems to put a wedge between different people and groups even with people that would normaly be on the same page. Im glad you offered up your views on it zen some interesting insights. If the only thing it was to do was raise awareness thats got to be a good thing surely?
Yeah, that’s the whole point. Let’s air it out a bit…Especially when they come on so strong and all encompassing as to include us in a type of politicized framework. Really weird thing is no one mentions the Rothschild connection. That in itself is so fishy. OK, maybe he’s betraying the others. But do you know how fast they’d remove the guy?! Anyway, people need to keep their eyes open, because “joining” anything most people start to immediately close their eyes, that’s the dynamic I’m trying to highlight.

Interesting, eh? They did unwittingly disclose hidden information about themselves – last time we had dinner with them… I mean how closely connected to the Rothschilds do you have to be to know that a) they are very unhappy with the OPPT; and 2) that they unwittingly disclosed hidden information about themselves…..
On the same blog there is a post entitled “Open letter to the Galactics”, which asks “The Galactics” (off-world “benevolent” ets just waiting to come and save us from the dark cabal) for technological help. The author concludes by saying that Heather of OPPT could file a UCC to waive the “Prime Directive” preventing them from interfering with the free-will of humanity.
These people are nuts, to be sure. And possibly very dangerous, and obviously in bed with the Rothschilds.

Hi Zen. I had never been on your site before until one or 2 days ago and was looking at something completely unrelated. I have not got involved or researched into the OPPT, something within has been telling me to stay away. I didnt know why as so many people were raving about how good it is and all that stuff. but my intuition was telling me otherwise. As ive said, I have not looked into the OPPT enough to warrant a proper opinion on it, I have had no interest. The fact that then I have just been guided to read this latest post from another site and after only finding your site a matter of a day or so ago is a kind of massive sychronisty for me. Thank you for your alternative opinion, as it kind of validates the feelings I have been having regarding the OPPT.
Synchronicity is a a universal language. Learn to trust it, implicitly. We won’t be lied to by Universal consciousness. Love you. Z
